Make the most of your unbeatable location with morning coffee, and fire up the gas grill for lake-side alfresco meals.

Furnished for comfort, the bright, single-level interior has been recently painted and comes complete with fresh flooring, new kitchen counters and new appliances. The full kitchen features everything you need for easy home cooking, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. A plush sectional, fireplace, and three smart TVs set the stage for comfortable home gatherings after the day's adventures. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW
Prepaid Boulder Lake Club passes for up to six renters are included with your stay. To make use of the passes, tell the front desk the location of this vacation rental. Doing so will give you access to the pool, beach, and lake. The Big Boulder Lake Club is a short walk or drive from the condo. Your rental includes six (6) pre-paid passes for the club.Additional Passes can be paid for at the lake club at a cost of $25.00 per person per day.
-The Big Boulder Lake clubs address is 127 Lake Harmony Road, Lake Harmony, PA 18624. The address of the club will also be included in your confirmation email.
-Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
