This is a lovely unit. We are repeat renters for this unit. It’s clean, well equipped and great location.The hosts provides several extras. This unit provides easy access to the beach with beach set up every day. Had a great visit…even the weather was beautiful.

Host was wonderful. Condo really nice and perfectly located. It was really well stocked. Bed was super comfy! Love being able to stumble right out onto the sand. The two bathrooms were so convenient even though it was just me and my hubby. Highly recommend!

Great condo, perfect location. First floor right next to the stairs going down to the beach. We couldn’t have been happier, the condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay here. Check in and out process is very simple and easy.

Everything about this property and unit exceeded expectations! The unit is so nice and clean. They provided stuff that normally you don’t get. The location cannot be beat. Being able to just walk out to the beach is amazing. Everything was so easy and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

It was clean. Beautifully decorated. Great location. Plenty of supplies. The only downside, which is of no fault to the owners, was the renters above us were noisy and heavy walkers. Used the sweeper late at night.

Very warm and welcoming. The unit is vert clean and has everything you need close at hand. Property very well kept.

My family stayed for 7 days. The space was very clean and well equipped for our stay. It is a great location just minutes away from stores and restaurants. The private beach is a 30 second walk from the back door. Daily beach chairs and umbrellas are provided free of charge. If you are looking for a beach vacation this is the spot! We would highly recommend!

One of Florida’s most beautiful beaches and communities. We felt right at home in this well equipped condo.

This unit is perfect, the host thought of every detail you might need. You are right on the beach, just steps away which was perfect for our 6 and 9 year olds to run back and grab lunch or take a break from the sun. The chair service was excellent. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

If you want convenience to the beach, this is the place! The boardwalk to beach was directly to the left of sliding glass doors and patio with two showers to wash the sand off. The only reason I gave four stars on cleanliness is the toilet seats were in need of a little cleaning. Other than that it was very clean everywhere else. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. There are two bunk beds down hallway if needed. Modern washer and dryer was very handy. We had a great time and hope to go again sometime.

This is our second time staying at this property, and like last year it was amazing. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we come to Destin. Incredible location and view.

Third year in this condo and it was great as usual. Everything you need is there, it’s steps from the beach with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. Several great seafood restaurants within a five minute drive. Couldn’t be better. Thanks to Linda!!

This was our fourth year at Linda’s condo and it was just as wonderful as ever! It’s the perfect size for our family (two kids and a baby). The condo was clean and the location absolutely cannot be beat!
