Stayed Feb 1, 2024We had a great stay at this first floor condo--everything was tidy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, cooking supplies, and with new appliances. The Avalon is a great condo complex with a beautiful heated pool, friendly neighbors, and convenient to shopping and the beach. We got our steps in walking the complex and in the gym. Five stars to Tom for his prompt communications!
