1st-floor beachfront condo with ocean-view balcony, grill, outdoor pool, & gym

Love the convenience the comfort, the cleanliness the only thing I would say that I had a problem with was the spiders on the porch. I took them down. They came back the next day so at night time I wasn’t able to sit out there, but on the whole, what a beautiful place to stay.

Again, I reiterate the air conditioning and the beds were fantastic. We had our children come down to visit us. Everything just worked out fantastic.

Nice place to stay, loved the view from the 1st floor balcony. Key/ door entry on arrival was very difficult, needs to be replaced. Dryer needs to be updated, we had to run our load several times to get it dry. Kitchen supplies could use some going through and eliminate what does not work and replaced. We will return to this condo in the future.

This home was very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed the use of some of the games and loved how comfortable the seating was. We never did figure out how to work the tv and multiple remotes and didn’t find instructions anywhere. That would be helpful, especially for rainy days when watching a movie would be fun.

Condo is spacious and functional. Great view of ocean. Property includes access to 3 pools and good beachfront. Parking can be a bit challenging at times (only one reserved space). Overall we were very happy with the property.

The condo itself is a lovely, well-furnished home (no digs at the owner here). However, Vacasa recently took over running The Sanctuary, and it is now awful. The whole facility is dirty, and they admitted they don't have enough workers to keep it clean! We have pictures our condo was never cleaned, dirty sheets on the beds, dirty towels on the floors, and so much dirty and debris on the patios that we could not use them! The cushions were stained and disgusting. We had to clean our whole condo ourselves. Even my small children knew how dirty the place was! The cabana bar business is even up for sale. Beware, the entire hot tub and pool for the A building is closed for the season, and they are trying to squish everyone into the B building pool which has a capacity of less than 40! We have pictures to document everything, and we also have a list of almost 40 others guests who had the same complaints. If I were the owner, I would definitely start renting with a company other than Vacasa.

The condo has a beautiful view, is well decorated, it seems well appointed but it’s not well organized, no sheet pans. Not sure what extra blankets were washed, dishes put away dirty, baseboards gross, 2 of the 3 decks gross, floors, eh.

The unit is a wonderful size! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and we all had plenty of room to move around, romp around and have space to ourselves. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pans, but both spices like some.other VRBOs we've done. The main deck was amazing! We spent so much time out there, playing games, watching dolphins and enjoying being outside. Table was large and chairs were so comfortable. Complaints- minor usage wear and tear. A few floor transitions were worn, and some corrosion on metal fixtures had rust which is normal by the ocean. Biggest complaint was the unit was not very well cleaned. Toilets had not been cleaned, carpet had not been vacuumed as there was still sand on it. Also the sliding glass doors were filthy, had not been washed in weeks which ruined the gorgeous view! Small things that could have made this unit o er the top awesome. All things considered we had a wonderful time.
