Great spot. Easy beach access. We really enjoyed it.

Condo had good supplies. Good location. Clean. Only negative was the queen bed was very uncomfortable, needs replacing.

Definitely enjoyed our stay. Sarah was super nice and extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

Perfect location with easy access to the beach and pool. The house was clean and had everything we really needed. We had a great week at the beach and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and layout of the house. The size was perfect for our two families. The children loved the bunk beds and the pool access! There were some items that were not stocked that would have been nice, like laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, extra trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The vents were also quite dirty in the rooms. Overall the location and home was beautiful and we had an amazing time! Thank you.

The condo was very roomy and comfortable. The deck overlooking the pool and the ocean was wonderful! Being so close to the beach was great! The host was quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely book again.

The location was prefect. Great beach access and a lot of items were provided that meant less packing for us. Parking lot was a little tight but we managed. Condo was very clean!

Peaceful, clean place right on the ocean. Able to sit on the loveseat or balcony and see the ocean. Just open the sliding doors and relax with the sound of waves. Sarah very responsive. Very quick. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved the place. Larger then the pics made it look the beds were very comfy it was comfy cozy homie and plenty of room for our family.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It had everything we needed with plenty of space to spread out. The kids loved the option to play on the beach or in the pool--or back and forth! The large deck was a wonderful space to read, watch the waves, and gather with family. I had to contact the property owner twice due to mistakes we made, and she was gracious and helpful both times. I hope we can return in future summers!

The condo was better than the pictures. The towels & linens were great & it was furnished very nicely. Pool was clean & nice to have when needing a break from beach. Parking is tight but sufficient.

Host quickly answered questions! It was just as described, and we really enjoyed the porch. It was a quiet area of beach and great access. The only downside is parking is super tight if you have a large SUV or truck.

The condo was spacious, comfortable, and spotless! The location was just perfect - steps away from the pool and beach, beautiful view, and quiet area. We loved spending time on the large porch, and having beach chairs and equipment available made it so easy to enjoy the beach each day.

Fantastic location! Loved the condo, the pool, and the beach! If you are there during the summer months you can watch the Thursday night Boardwalk fireworks from the beach at the condo. We had an issue with water coming from an upper floor condo and Sarah sent someone right away to take care of the issue. Beach chairs and toys were much appreciated! Made some wonderful memories with our daughter, her husband, and our grandchildren.

Beautiful clean condo that is the perfect spot for a vacation. The beds are so comfortable and the condo has such easy access to beach and pool. You are close enough to the heart of CB for night time fun, but the perfect distance for family fun at the pool and beach away from huge crowds! Great host! Perfect long weekend.

This place was great for our family vacation and clean. Room for everyone to have our own personal space and a place to come together to eat and place a couple of card games. The beach is right there and easy access. Communication with the owner was easy and with quick response. We will definitely come back.
