Stayed Dec 26, 2025Great little efficient condo with easy access to all of downtown St Louis. Host was super communicative throughout the whole stay(although we had no issues). Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Building is older and has some character but we had no problems with it.

Stayed May 29, 2025Great little place for our stay in St Louis while recovering from surgery. Close to parks, the zoo and lots for my family to do. Even with all the tornado destruction around us, we didn’t have any issues with access; it’s a perfect little space with all the necessities. Libby is a great host, quick responses when needed. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025My husband & kids stayed at this property for a spring break trip. It is a great location, just as described, older building which gives it character & good space for a family of four. The only negative thing I can say is that the living room furniture (couch, chair) are old & need to be replaced. They were both really uncomfortable. The listing said gated parking & we wanted that for safety but the gate wouldn’t ever close so it stayed open all day & night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It is a great location & close to all kinds of attractions.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025This unit worked well for us. The location was great with easy access to downtown attractions. It is definitely is a vintage building (which I appreciate), so not a good pick for someone looking for modern. Great value in my opinion.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Property is older but the bathroom and kitchen are updated nicely. It is clean and well kept. Our King bed with the memory foam was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The location provided easy and quick access to the Metro which gets you downtown in a jiffy. The short walk to Forest Park allowed us to enjoy the beauty and serenity of walking up to Art Hill, one of our favorite locations in St Louis. We hope to stay here again!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025We really enjoyed our chilly winter weekend at this cozy spot. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. Neighborhood was awesome for walking our dog. Gated parking was a nice perk, although street parking was available and fine. Everything is very comfortable and clean. This is a historic aged building, so everything is not pristine and perfect, but if you want a comfy, welcoming space to stay in a great location (be sure to check out the 2 coffee shops that are a few minutes walk away!) this is the place for you!

Stayed Nov 21, 2024My father was hospitalized at Barnes after suffering a heart attack, for 2 weeks. We were looking for a place last minute, and the management company (Ms Libby) made sure we were all set up - even on short notice. We were required to extend twice, and Libby ensured we were extended and checked on us a couple of times. This type of service doesn’t happen any more, and was greatly appreciated during our family crisis. The house: it is an older house (which my 75 year old mother loved), but even with its age it is very well taken care of. It was clean when we arrived, but Libby sent her crew in to give it a second look before we arrived. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with extremely friendly neighbors. Although other units in the same building were occupied, we never heard a peep from the neighbors (probably due to the homes age and how well they were built back then). My mother and I felt very safe in the neighborhood even when arriving late at night after visiting my dad. Crime statistics in that area are an astonishing 58% below the average (probably due to the close proximity to a satellite police station). There are 2 choices for parking: one is to park on the street (ample parking), or there is a fenced in parking area behind the building with an electric gate. We felt so safe we parked on the street in order for my mother to only navigate a few steps. Location: there are restaurants fairly close, and a gas station just a few blocks away. It is a very quick 1.4 mile drive to BJC hospital on very good roads that were never really busy (that’s a good thing for downtown St. Louis). Truthfully I had nothing bad to say about the stay! I’m a grumpy old man that usually can find fault in just about anything, but this rental was near perfect for us. I assure you that Libby will ensure any issues you may have will be taken care of very promptly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit was clean and had lots of amenities that made it very nice for traveling with kids, including kids' dishes and a drawer full of books for them to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with various baking pans, including a muffin tin, making it easy to get everyone fed without breaking the bank.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024My family stayed here after dropping my son off at college. I live in an old home and this property is run down, falling apart and not maintained. I was very disappointed and we were taken advantage of, fee is overpriced compared to the conditions. The furniture is in poor shape, damaged, fabric stained, master bedroom mattress was very old and lumpy, floors and walls need attention, outside the grass is long, weeds, pile of shattered car glass on ground inside gated parking, tossed out furniture, port a potty, construction bins, etc.Verry shabby!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024There were little things about this place that were extra welcoming. A high chair and toys for littles (if you have them it’s huge to feel like they’re thought of and welcome), the note on the fridge that was easy for information and also friendly in the wording. We had the things we needed. There’s coffee places and food within walking distance, not to mention forest park. Lovely location and would definitely recommend.

Stayed Jun 26, 2024We loved the charm of this 100 year old building and the proximity to the hospital where our Mother was being treated. The off-street gated parking is an added bonus! We found the suite clean, the beds comfortable with several different pillows choices. The bathroom and kitchen was amply stocked, and instructions well posted. We were on the first level with other guests above us and it was less disruptive than an average hotel room. We used the dining table for all meals and the single bed with double bed in the same room worked well for our family. Our host was outstanding and I recommend staying with them wholeheartedly!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is in a very convenient location and easy to access. The space was perfect for our family of 5 and we were very happy to find a pet-friendly rental so our pup could join us. Neighborhood was great for walking the dog and being a dead-end street it was very quiet since there was no through traffic. We appreciated the gated parking in the back. Communication from the host was excellent and very detailed with what to expect. The main purpose of our trip was a college visit for my son--if he ends up in St. Louis we will certainly use this rental again!
