1st fl, 3-bed condo, mins from beach, Marshwalk, and golf!

The condo has everything you need (kitchen supplies, tvs, games, washer/dryer, books, etc) and the owners thought of the little extras to make you comfy, like shower gel, shampoo, soap, and makeup wipes in the bathrooms, plenty of extra towels, beach supplies in coat closet, etc. The living room is comfy, the 3 bedrooms give plenty of space for a family or friends to sleep comfortably. There is also a back screened patio. The plus is the very responsive host. I reached out ahead of travel and during stay and she promptly responded and addressed my inquiries. I will return when we come down to visit my family.

The condo was lovely….very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. The location was convenient and a quiet neighborhood. The host was communicative. We will definitely book again!

The place was very clean as it was the last time we stayed. Its a great place and good location. Will for sure book again when we go back.

This property was even nicer than we anticipated! This is a nearly new building and was neat and clean. It’s directly across from the pool which was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and helpful. The only downside was that the internet connection was poor. If anyone needed to work remotely, it wouldn’t have been possible. Luckily we could manage but would have enjoyed a better tv and phone connection.

Great stay, pool and amenities! We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! I only have a few complaints, the WiFi was very slow. All of the TVs ran off on WiFi so they didn’t work. For the adults it was no big deal, but it was difficult for the kids. Also, one of the kids puddle jumpers was stolen off our door. The location was perfect. It was very close to free public parking for beach access. Other than those two complaints, we had a great time and will be back for sure.

We absolutely loved this Murrells Inlet property! We come down here every year and it was such a treat being close to all our favorite restaurants. The host included an annual state park pass which we happily used all week for Huntington Beach— a wonderful gem of a beach with excellent facilities. The complex’s pool was lovely after a day at the beach. The rental property itself was cozy and clean and met all our needs for our week long stay! We would love to rent here in the future, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful

The property was awesome. Freshly remodeled feeling. The pool was great. The check out process was so simple and so refreshing to not have to do 1million things before we left! When we stayed the kids room did not have curtains (which may have just been something forgotten after painting) so the light form the outside of the building was very bright in the room, luckily our kids had sleep masks so it didn’t bother them! But 10/10, will definitely stay again in the future.

This condo is very roomy and nicely located close to all the beaches. We were able to go to the marsh walk for a sunset cruise, drive to Broadway at the Beach, and hit the beaches in Garden City and Surside. The restaurants in Murrells Inlet are great! This condo is very private with a beautiful pool. Perfect for vacation getaway.

Great comfortable place with everything we needed for a golf weekend. Proximity to Marshwalk is a bonus. Would stay again

Absolutely gorgeous condo!!! Highly recommend it!!!

We had a great stay in 1b. We were in Myrtle Beach to attend my nephews shower. The location was within walking distance to the Marshwalk at Murrels Inlet and within a short drive to beach.The place was brand new and in great shape. The only thing disappointing for my grandkids , the pool was closed. We would stay in 1b again.

This is a brand new condo, ideally located near golf courses and trendy bars. The owner was accessible if needed. I will be coming back!
