Stayed Dec 25, 2023Property Manager was very responsive to questions prior to visiting. Check in process was easy after hours. Charter Club has the best location overlooking the bay and pool area. Entire Property was clean. Rooms were very clean, (could use a little updating) Location is convenient to walk or bike to both 3rd and 5th avenues. Bike sign out was convenient as well as pool towels and shower towel exchange. The only thing I would say is they need more and new beach chairs. All the staff was terrific, helpful and great making suggestions. Thank you Jorge.
