Stayed Jun 17, 2026Great location! 5 min walk to Coligny where we spent most of our time. Beach is not crowded at this location which made it great. Tenants are very responsive! Parking is extremely tight but it’s manageable. A bit overpriced by 700 compared to surrounding properties but could have been due to the time we booked. Overall it’s a 4/5 only because of the price compared to surrounding properties. We made great memories we couldn’t have created without this place. I suggest using them.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We loved our stay in Hilton Head. We opted for this place due to the beach location. We had found others that were larger, but you cannot beat the location! The patio faced the pool, and there was a short path that led to the beach. I thought the washer/dryer was in the unit, but it is across the hall. The only recommendation I would give is to bring your quarters from home. It was nearly impossible to find a place that would give quarters, which made doing laundry a challenge. The property is super close to shops and restaurants, so you can walk to many places. We were also surprised to find many beach items in the closet. There were some chairs, boogie boards and other things that we could use. We would definitely come back to this unit on a return trip. Thanks for the great trip!

Stayed Oct 8, 2024We had our daughter and one of her friends with us. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The kids used the pool, beach, discount bicycle rental and central location. My wife and I loved being able to walk to many restaurants, shops and the very nearby tiki bar.
