1BR Condo with Gulf View + 3 Pools & Hot Tub | Magnolia House 408

Had a great trip & stay at the Magnolia house! It was relaxing and the new pool is fab! Only issue we had were the bed pillows kept going down in between the mattress & headboard! lol Have been coming to Destin Pointe for a long time & it never disappoints! Just love this little area of Destin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. Did several loads of laundry due to the small washer and dryer. Was very careful toale them small. We have several marks on our light shirts from the lint trap where there is some rust. Not angry, just should be checked out.

The property has an amazing view! Overall the place is nice but needs some change out of things. The coach and pillows had several spots on and them and really uncomfortable. Some of the shelves in the bathroom were falling off the wall and the bed is way too soft making it hard to sleep. The dishes I think were supposed to have 5 settings but some were missing and the toaster needs replaced.

We have stayed now in two different condos at the Magnolia House. The grounds are always being cared for and looks so beautiful. The tram ride over the the beach is so convenient. The management company was always helpful and very polite. I would definitely stay at Magnolia House again.

This particular unit was nice but we didn’t love the bed with the mattress topper and this may just be a personal preference. The bathroom could really use redoing. We loved the tall chairs on the porch and sat in them every day. We will definitely stay at the Magnolia House again but may look at a different unit.
