Apartment was beautiful and view from living room is absolutely stunning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at Destin Pointe Magnolia House. This condo complex is great for those that need accommodations/ADA. The pools are all accessible with a ramp and zero entry. The walk to the beach is 5-10 minutes, but it is all on sidewalks or trek decking. We will be back next year! The views from the balconies are fantastic and Thursday fireworks are good.

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. The view was stunning and just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. The owners were fantastic and very accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Only drawback was the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Location was so convenient to the beach, and also restaurants, shopping, etc. The Destin Pointe property is first well maintained. We have stayed before this, and will definitely be staying again,

The kitchen had all of the plates and dishes you could want and we loved having a small washer and dryer. Overall a wonderful experience.We also loved the chair and umbrella service, it was a delightful luxury. Parking under the building was really nice to stay out of the weather when packing and unpacking the car. -I think the only real off putting element was how humid the rental could be. We left the bathroom fan on even while we were away, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay, just something to be aware of if you have problems with humidity.-This is a great location for families. My mother didn't like the noise from the pool below, but simply closing the sliding doors solved that problem.-Two of the heavy blinds that allowed eastern sun into the lockable outside area broke from old age before we left, but that was a minor flaw.
