Nice pool and easy access to the beach

Clean, nicely furnished, super close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this property again.

The condo was very clean and supplied with all the amenities you would need. The wifi works well. The location of the condo unit has an excellent view of the beach and pool area that can all be seen from the back deck. We enjoyed that the condo was so close to the beach you could actually hear the sound of the ocean from the back deck and you only have a short walk to the beach area. K-12 is the perfect condo the decor and furnishings are absolutely beautiful! You will definitely enjoy the comforts of this wonderful condo. The owners are very easy to communicate with and will answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place to stay in St. George Island, Florida 300 Ocean mile K-12 is the place you want to book your next vacation with.

Great place to stay close to the beach!

We had a great stay at Julio's beautifully decorated beach view property. It was clean and comfortable, and all the appliances were in great working order. The bathroom looked like it was recently updated and was done very well. Overall, this is an exceptional one bedroom condo. We would definitely stay here again.

All was as expected! The place was great and communication with the host was perfect!

Our host, Julio, was very attentive and accommodating to our specific needs. The condominium was clean and thoughtful details were evident. My husband forgot his soap and shampoo...not to worry, thank you. The bathroom is newly tiled with new fixtures and great water pressure. There is even a wonderful view of the ocean and a quick path to the beach.

We really like the location and how quiet the area is. Being so close to the state park and being right on the beach are a big plus.

This was our second time renting this unit by this owner. We enjoy the quiet community, the view of the beach, and the condo. Highly recommend renting from this host. Very responsive to messages. The condo is clean and the kitchen is stocked with all the needed basics.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and the view was great! We loved being close to the ocean and the pool! Very friendly atmosphere and the outside area was well taken care of. We will definitely will return!

Great condo & location, BUT maybe not for seniors. The sofa is terrible and desperately needs to be replaced. The coffee table is so heavy it would take two people to slide it aside. And retreating to the bedroom is not an option because the bed is twice the normal height and a step stool would have been nice. Overall SGI is still beautiful

This unit is in a super location for our needs as we love the State Park and beaches. Also, the owner is an outstanding person to work with and superb communication. My only complain is that it's time for a facelift and some renovations. The unit is just showing it's age and the furnishings are as well. But for the price and location, it's hard to complain!

My Husband my Mom and I stayed at this townhome, this place is perfect, very clean the decoration is amazing they have a very good taste, you have everything you need to prepare your meals, pans pots more than enough dishes and silverware. We used the grill at the pool and other guests were doing the same. We enjoyed the beach view from the little patio. Any question we had was answered very fast, we would love to go back soon Thanks for everything Julio.

This is a great little condo! It is near the pool, and even though it's not beachfront, it has a great view of the ocean from the porch. Well stocked and clean. The owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary trip. The townhouse was clean, well furnished, spacious, and comfortable. You can see the ocean from the deck & couch which is a must for me. It is perfect for just 2 people & you can’t beat the price!
