180 degree Lake View From Private Villa on the Island on Lake Travis!

Beautiful home, great views, wonderful pool areas. Close to Marina. Diana was wonderful and made the stay easy and comfortable.

The villa was great. Well kept with great views of Lake Travis. We were there in October, so the occupancy was low compared to summer I would imagine. Very quiet and relaxing.

The condo unit itself was really great. Clean and simple, well stocked and the best patio view of the lake. The island building itself needs some major attention and renovation. The pool is not heated and felt like a cold plunge. Couldn’t use. The hot tubs looked dirty and unsafe. The restaurant was 2 sweet busy young “waitresses” encouraging you to order through the app, then wait almost an hour for food that is just reheated. Our pizza tasted like it was days old but just reheated. Decent bar drinks. So much potential wasted with one of the better Lake views in the area.

Diana was the perfect hostess. The property was exactly as described. The amenities such as the shop for paddle boards and other rentals, the fitness center and pool were all very easy to navigate and very clean and well maintained. The balcony was spacious and sits directly overlooking the pool and lake. We picked up groceries on the way in, since options on the island are a little limited. But driving up from north Houston, it was the perfect getaway within 3 hours, and entering the property gates it was easy to feel someplace else entirely. And yes, the deer really roam around just like the pictures. I hope I'll be able to leave a separate review for the gift shop, but if not, I have to say that Heather and Shane made renting equipment such a smooth and easy process. This was truly the most pleasant short getaway I've experienced in a long time.

My husband and I booked a 3-night stay for our 14th wedding anniversary, and we had such a wonderful (and relaxing!) stay. The weather turned out a little gloomy/rainy, but we booked some services at the on-site spa. This villa is right on the water, and we loved drinking coffee on the private balcony. There’s also a restaurant just a few doors down. And the deer here are adorable and fearless. We spent feeding them fruit. It’s also close to The Lucky Rabbit (Bingo night was fun!), a large wildlife refuge for hiking, wineries, and so much more. Diana is a wonderful host, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Everything about this place is wonderful!!! It is so peaceful and quiet. My most favorite part was the balcony overlooking the lake and pool. I spent most of my time out there.

The host was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly any time I had a question. The property had a great selection of spices and sundries available for our use.

The host was extremely welcoming, provided clear and detailed instructions, and was very responsive. The accommodations were very comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Lots of labels and instructions which were very helpful. Everything was clean and just as described.

We needed some time away, and this gem in the Hill Country was perfect for us. Wonderful host! Outstanding views! Secure and private. Parking garage was a nice bonus.

View from the balcony was beautiful, comfortable bed, the location was great. A huge reason we stayed was because of the hot tubs, and both of them were not working, so that was disappointing. The Wi-Fi was also really slow, but other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful relaxing time! Loved how clean and quiet the area was and close amenities. We are hoping to return very soon to this lovely area.

This is a great place with lovely views of Lake Travis. The Internet wasn't a good connection which to some may be a downer but we loved it. It forced us to truly unplug which we needed. There were resident deer that allowed us to get within inches of them as they have been fed by locals and guests so they aren't skiddish. It was a really awesome experience. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to any person or couple!!!Very clean and quaint. It's a must on your next vacay must dos!!

My wife and I spent an extended weekend here. The property owner was very thorough in providing us with everything we needed to know about the condo and the area before we arrived. After a long drive there, it was refreshing to know there was a restaurant and bar a few doors down from our condo. We used this restaurant and bar several times during our stay. We also visited a couple of other restaurants in the area that were recommended by the host and those were spot on as well. We spent time relaxing on our balcony and in the pool. Both are overlooking beautiful Lake Travis. The hosts of this rental are available if you need them but they were so thorough that we didn’t need to contact them. I highly recommend this rental and hosts. You won’t regret your time there.

This place was absolutely beautiful and felt like a vacation while still being so close to home! The views from the balcony were amazing, you didn’t even have to leave the room. The pool was relaxing with the lake views. Overall, 10/10 experience and will definitely be coming back!

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything was very clean and Diana was the best host. She goes above and beyond in making sure you have everything you need. If you can, I highly recommend getting a massage at the on-site spa. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.

My husband & I had such a wonderful time in this condo. The view from the back patio is gorgeous. The condo was very clean & everything we needed was right there. If you need anything, the store is a short distance away. We went for a couple's massage at the Spa and it was amazing. Diana's instructions made everything so easy. The labeling in the condo left nothing to question or wonder what to do. We will definitely be coming back!

I bought a 2 night stay as a gift for my parents. They had no trouble following the directions and instructions sent over and have continued to thank us for the relaxing, peaceful time they had in the townhouse.Thet spent lots of time out on the balcony, but also enjoyed the on-site restaurant. This was a very easy renting experience. The directions provided by the host were very detailed and made the process very easy. The condo was very clean, and exactly how pictured. But the view from the patio made this rental amazing. I spent more time on the balcony looking at the views than anywhere else. I will be coming back.

My husband and I had a very relaxing couple of days at this condo. The balcony was a wonderful place to sit and take in the view. We had everything we needed, the condo was clean and convenient, and we especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

This is a well-appointed condo with a beautiful view of Lake Travis which as of October 2024 is still at nearly 50% down. However, the view from the balcony is perfect and the slower pace of the lake/resort was exactly what we needed. The host explained the directions and the check in/out process perfectly. It was not confusing at all. The pool and pickleball courts were nicely kept as was the rest of the resort grounds. The proximity of the assigned parking space to the staircase to the condo was a huge plus which made it super easy to come and go as needed. I think we decided that we saw more deer than people while we stayed there! Would definitely consider coming back for another lazy weekend away.

Beautiful view, kitchen was well stocked, and it was a short walk to the pool - just about everything we could have hoped for! Property was well maintained and quiet and we absolutely loved eating dinner on the balcony during sunset. All stores and restaurants are within a short, 10 minute drive and there are plenty of options. Property manager had great communication and directions which made check in and out a breeze.
