We had a great stay. Great view, lots of beach amenities, clean, and just what we were looking for in our beach trip. Check in was easy and simple, and area is quite safe. Pull out coach was convenient as well, with all streaming services available. Highly recommend

Beautiful location over looking the water. We were here in December and there was plenty of space by the pools to sit and relax. The beach chairs and Turkish towels were a nice touch.

Unit looked like pictures. Clean with excellent ocean view. Step out on beach from property.

My family and I really enjoyed this condo. We really enjoy staying at Pelican Beach—it has great pools, beach access/location, and we like having easy access to the tiki bar. The condo itself is perfect for a little family, and the owner/management is super responsive. We would def stay here again. Highly recommend.

Have been staying at pelican beach resort for 5 years now. Love the pools and location. This room was one of the best! Hoist was very friendly. And communicated very well about check in. Will most definitely be staying here again!

This place was really enjoyable with an awesome balcony view of the ocean and all the amenities you could ask for or need. Communication was excellent with the owner prior to check-in and throughout the stay. The beach is easily accessible with several rinse off areas. We did not use the multiple pools, as it was 4th of July weekend and severely packed. Also, imo this is not a “luxury” unit or building with both being a tad outdated and worn around the edges. However, I definitely recommend staying as it’s a great central location with all the food, shopping and entertainment just a quick walk and or dive away. And the beach is truly fantastic with soft white sand (doesn’t get hot) crystal clear emerald water, and beachside servers to bring you drinks and food. Go ahead and book it! P.S. visit the natural springs nearby, totally worth the drive!

Property was very clean and just as described. Great location and close to Big Kahuna waterpark. Host was quick to communicate! Would definitely recommend.

This is an amazing property. They have everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bed is actually comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, the furniture is comfortable. Beach umbrellas and chairs and ice chests to use are there, the TV has a full complement of premium cable not just streaming services. The only complaint. Would have about this property would be the elevators, there are 4 total for a massive condo complex and they can get very busy after 9AM. Other than that it’s pretty close to perfect as perfect can be. We will be back next year !

We loved this condo! Perfect location andView! There’s two views in this resort, Ocean front and Ocean side. This condo is OCEAN FRONT and just perfect! We saw dolphins in the morning and just enjoyed everything about waking up to that view. 10/10. Condo was clean and peaceful as well. Loved the 2 bathrooms and bunk beds. Main bedroom was perfect and owner was super communicative! Book it!

This is an amazing place for families with kids. I would say it's 90% occupied by families with small children so if you have young ones this is the place to be!

Yavuz was very transparent and the “guide” that was sent to us had everything we needed to know about our stay and more! Check-in was a breeze. Less than a minute walk to the (private) beach. Every store and restaurant you can think of all within a 10 or 15 minute drive. We are already starting to discuss our next trip to Destin! Thank you Yavuz and to the Pelican Beach Resort staff for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

Great stay

It was nice and clean in the room and a wonderful view. My husband my kids and I all went there last year and had a great time so this year we knew we wanted to go back and stay there again. It was a different room last year. Only thing I didn't like was the parking is horrible to find something, the elevator takes sooo long and the bed in the kind bedroom is horrible to sleep on my back hurt the whole time I was there! Besides that everything was amazing! But definitely needs a new bed in there.
