We were in town for a wedding at Belmont Mansion, which was conveniently close!

great location, clean and well stocked.

This property was a great stay. It was very clean and comfortable with lots of nice touches. Our group included 3 couples and there was plenty of space for us. It is an easy walk to an area with coffee shops, restaurants and stores and then a quick ride to the action of Broadway, etc. The hosts are very responsive and provided a lot of information and recommendations of the local areas. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Very clean, quiet. comfortable bed, nice private outdoor area. Liked having a garage. Host was very responsive, although the directions to find the place off of an unnamed alley were not clear. Also while there are 3 bedrooms. there are no dressers. The real issue was the A/C which when it comes on in the living room. is so loud you have to turn up the TV. It was very annoying.

Property was represented accurately. Host communication was excellent. Simple check in and check out. Will book again when we come back to visit Nash!

We rent from you frequently as we have two emerging adult kids who work and study in Nashville. We like that your places are roomy, home-like, and comfortable, and that we can cook and bake (this condo had measuring cups, spatulas, and all the things!) and create a home-away-from-home to love on our kids. An enclosed garage was a bonus as the weather was so cold last weekend! The one issue we had was with the heating—we left registers closed and open as indicated but struggled to keep the first level warm and the top level not too hot.

Townhouse was very comfortable. Location is near Hillsboro, the Gulch and 12S where several restaurants are located. Quick drive to downtown; quiet area.

Wow! What an amazing place to stay! The house was in the perfect location where we could walk to shops and restaurants or take a quick ride to downtown. The house was adorable and spotless. Very comfortable bed and great amenities. Will definitely stay again. We booked both sides of the condo for a total of 6 amazing bedrooms!!

I was originally booked for 4 days, and stayed 4 more for a total of 8. The winter storms of January 2024 made travel very difficult. I was able to easily extend my stay. The place was warm & cozy in the face of subfreezing temperatures and 7 inches of snow. Water was hot and had good pressure. The kitchen had all the utensils I needed to make pots of soup. Instacart made easy deliveries of good food. The smart TV had lots of channels for endless entertainment. The in-house internet was fast & reliable. It was a lovely retreat.

We stayed two nights in Unit B. The house was spotless and check-in was easy. Scarlett was our contact, and she was easy to contact by email. The home is in a residential area. Parking was easy in the back of the unit. Our bed was very comfortable and the linens were great!! Bedrooms are on the second and third floor. The weather was not good for us, so we were not able to do any exploring on foot. But everywhere we went was a short trip by car! We will definitely be back. So nice to have a full kitchen and a den to relax. Coffee was provided as well as shampoo, etc. Also a washer and dryer available if needed.

My friends and I loved this house. It was so close to many great restaurants and bars and just a quick drive away from the rest of Nashville. The house was quiet and clean and a perfect for our group. The beds were so comfortable. We had a great time and would stay here again for sure.
