Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very nice, quiet and modern two bedroom with all the right touches. Sweet views of downtown Austin and the river. Enjoyed the building amenities including the rooftop pool and coffee shop/bar in the lobby- and right on the river and a very easy walk to all the nightlife of Rainey Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Sep 27, 2023Location is convenient to a range of attractions, e.g. river trails, Rainey St. & downtown. Downtown Austin has a ton of development, so expect construction & parking challenges. Property amenities like rooftop pool & lounge were handy. Unit was clean, modern and decently appointed -- met our needs and expectations.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location, great view, great home. Simple one night stay for us. Everything was as advertised and drama free. Special thanks for mentioning the construction/traffic so we weren't surprised by it. The view from the pool was especially good.

Stayed Sep 16, 2022This condo was perfect for a family of 5 getting away to Austin for the weekend. New, clean and has all the essentials supplied for your stay. Beautiful views of Austin, near Downtown for great restaurants & bars. We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend & stay here again.
