Stayed May 12, 2024Over all a great experience. Staff was great to work with and fully explaned everything. The condo itself was awesome!!! Fully furnished with everything, pot and pans, dishes, silverware, extra towels and linen, ect. Was very please with the decor, made you feel like you were at home... thanks to all and we will be back...

Coastal Properties made the check in and out very easy. I moved to another one of their properties and it was just as nice. The condo was well stocked with the supplies needed for our 2 week stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Stayed Apr 24, 2024Property is as close to immaculate as you can get. Lawns are nicely manicured. The condo has two decks that have ocean views and a patio with a BBQ. Very quite location with the calming sound of the ocean. Wonderful location walking distance to the beach bars and restaurants.

Stayed Oct 16, 2023The property was more than we expected, the proximity to the beach and pier were great. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival and the office were helpful when we spoke to them about arriving late. All the above made for a memorable stay in Pismo beach.
