Great location and very close to the beach.

The property had modern appliances, renovated bathroom and extremely clean. Everything you need is right there. No detail was overlooked for the renters. Kate was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Will definitely book again!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Extremely clean and very convenient to the pool and beach. We absolutely loved the view from the balcony overlooking pool/beach - very relaxing!The TV in the living area looks like it is losing someof its' screen integrity with a couple of bright spots appearing

Clean room, perfect location

We have been staying at The Breakers for several years Nd this condo did not disappoint! The upgrades are very nice, the bed was so comfortable and we liked being on the 1st floor. The condo was very clean and decorated very well….we were extremely happy with our stay this time! Also working with the host was a pleasure… she was very helpful with one issue we had and she took care of it immediately! I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone and we will try to get this one next time!

What a wonderful place! It was clean and beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay in Hilton Head. We loved the proximity to the beach and to Coligny Plaza - it was so wonderful not to have to drive anywhere. We will most definitely be back!

The day of there was a hiccup with our condo, but Kate went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated! This is our second year booking here at Breakers and we 10/10 recommend!

We booked this stay on a whim and boy were we pleased. The location is perfect with the plaza being within walking distance. So many things for family activities l. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice. The pool was just a short distance from our condo. No rowdy crowds or noise. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere was good for the soul. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with the experience.

The location is great for a short stay and short walk to the restaurants and bars. Property needs some TLC
