Stayed Feb 20, 2026Unit was very clean . Tim was a great host and accommodating. Parking was a little tight and bed in front room was a little uncomfortable. But great value on price for the area

Stayed Oct 10, 2025We just needed a place to sleep and this was perfect for that. Not the most comfortable beds but we appreciated all the amenities, each bedroom having a bathroom and how close it is to the rosebowl.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025A/c didn't work for a couple of days. Other wise don't mind coming back to stay next time. Tim was very easy to communicate.
