The quaint kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, and the vaulted ceilings and spacious bedrooms make it feel like a true home away from home. Both bedrooms have balcony access, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. You'll be just steps away from the newly renovated Beach Walker community pool and the ocean. A designated parking spot and additional guest parking are available for your convenience.



Located in the highly sought-after Beach Walker complex, this villa offers prime views and the closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, featuring a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area, just a short walk away.



We provide fresh linens and towels for our guests, along with a starter pack of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are also available for your use.



During your stay, explore the resort’s acclaimed biking and walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants. Alternatively, visit the charming Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, about a 15-minute drive north, for eclectic dining and shopping options. Golf enthusiasts will find excellent courses nearby, and bike and golf cart rentals are available upon request.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.



Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.



RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.



Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.



Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.



All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.



This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $175 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations and 50 lbs is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.



There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

    No view from balcony at all. Just the side of a hill with nice landscape. Trash truck drove right outside the window and was very loud. About 10, min walk to beach over a dune.

    Proverbs was listed as ocean view and it was not. Bathroom floors were dirty and we were infested with ants for three days in the kitchen and living room area. someone from the office came once and left us a can of raid to deal with spraying, sweeping and vacuuming up the mess from it. Not acceptable.

    It was very nice place. I believe it’s for sale right now so I’m not sure how much longer it will be on the market but given the price they’re asking probably a while. It was built in 1974 so it gives out the 1974 vibe but everything was clean and the floors are somewhat updated and we enjoyed our stay.

    We had a very relaxing visit in this quaint condo on the more lush side of Amelia island. The condo was just a very short walk to the beach. Very close to Omni resort . Wonderful area to walk the beach or surrounding grounds.

    Check in and access were very smooth, and the property was as described in the listing. The bedrooms are located at the back of the unit, where there was a lift truck working on the unit above this one, so there was construction noise during the day and no privacy on the balcony. The unit is a bit tired and could use some refreshing. The kitchen is tight, but adequate, and the large living/dining area was perfect for our group (two couples) for three nights. The beach is close and it's a nice walk to the Omni.

    When we arrived arrived at the Condo it was apparent something was wrong. The Condo was HOT! We checked in at 4pm and I spent the next four hours on the phone with VRBO trying to get this issue resolved. It was a major headache and disappointment. I was passed around to several support agents who struggled to get this issue resolved as management of the property was nearly impossible to reach. The number to the property management team provided by Vrbo was incorrect as the owner had not updated the proper chain of support according to the rep I spoke with. Around 10pm a repairmen came by and stated that the owners and management team of the property were aware of the issue with the AC unit. The unit was in the process of being replaced two weeks out from out visit. The repairmen stated that the issue with the AC unit in the condo was that it was leaking Freon. He could not repair so we had to wait an additional two hours for a another repair team to come out and address the issue. The second repairman also stated that the owner and property management team was aware of the issues with the unit. He also stated that he had come out a couple weeks prior to address the issues with the freon leak. I asked him if breathing in leaking freon was harmful and he said no. He then proceeded with refiling the unit with freon. The unit was in the condo just beside the washer and dryer space. After doing research on my own I did discover that breathing in Freon can be deadly.
