A week is never enough but very enjoyable when were here.Our room has been great each year. Just the right size and location. Could use a new mattress in the bedroom. In Chicago, we call those sink holes in the middle. Other than that, a great unit.

The property is well kept, clean and we always feel safe. The until was wonderful and we enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. The beach attendant was great, so very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly and professional. WE can't wait to come back!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been staying at Destin beach club since I was 9 years old. I’m now 34 and have an 9 year old. Our weather was awesome, the condo fit our needs. While eating dinner and playing games at the round table in the dining area, we couldn’t help but notice the glass top that was placed on the UNFLAT surface AND the rubber pieces that were placed under the table to try to level out the space between the glass and the table. Unfortunately while playing a game, science happened, two people on opposite sides of table leaned in, the glass shattered. It was late, so we waited and went to the front desk first thing in the morning. Maintenance was sent to our room and the glass pieces were removed. These was not caused by us-kids, anger, irresponsibility etc. this happened because the glass should have never been placed on the table. 2 weeks after returning home the front desk clerk called at 615 to tell me that we would be charged 250-500$ to replace glass that was a hazard. Little did I know my card was charged at 315pm. Not one time while we were there during the glass breaking incident did someone tell is we would be charged. The maintenance tech called and was so rude and disrespectful to me and my husband. He claimed he was in our room and spoke with us but he wasn’t. He argued for over 20 min with my husband. Explained the situation at length. Sad to say I will not be back.

The WIFI was not working at night so hard to stream anything. Been a problem every time we stay there and no one seems to be able to resolve. But the room otherwise is great.

It was a bit pricy for a couple on a fixed income.
