Reviewer Comments: We booked our trip a week prior to arrival I’m very surprised it was available. The condo was perfect for my wife and I and would be great for a family of 4. The ease of parking and the closeness of the beach was awesome! The beach wasn’t crowded in front of this condo. We’ll definitely stay here again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and updated. The lower bunk could use a new mattress. It was like sleeping with a board across your lower back but once I put two pillows under the mattress is was more comfortable. It would be more accommodating if there were more bath towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Overall I love this place. This was my third year coming and will definitely come back next year

The unit we stayed in was soooooo clean & spacious. We stayed on the ground floor & it was the best location for us!!! We would want this same unit again. The beach was the closest I’ve ever been on a vacation & the water was just gorgeous!!!!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin Beach Club. Our fav place to stay. We’ve stayed here for 10 years but our first time staying in unit 112. We were disappointed that it didn’t have washer and dryer. Which is my fault for not checking. Also the bed was so hard. Like felt like we were sleeping on the concrete floor. It would be nice if it has a mattress pad or something. Would not recommend this unit but for sure the property!

The only downfall was the sheets on the pullout couch had not been changed and were dirty. There was also a dirty rag in the bathroom folded like it was clean.
