I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The front desk (Carly), the maintenance man, the housecleaning were all wonderful. We needed somewhere fast and had no idea except day by day to know for how long due to a major issue at our home needing a lot of work and making it unlivable. They all worked with us to make our stay so nice. We love the Edgewater Inn.

Stayed Sep 17, 2025Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Access to downtown was so easy plenty of places to shop, eat, and the walk to the beach. Every day was wonderful.

Stayed May 30, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is not a hotel. There are no night staff to assist with any issues. We had a false fire alarm go off for hours and no way to do anything about it at 2am.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 112 Edgewater Inn this September and had a fantastic stay! The view is awesome and it was so peaceful sitting out on the porch in the mornings watching the boats go by. We have a crawling baby and were very impressed with how clean the unit was. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable in addition to the king bed. The location was ideal; a short walk to all downtown's shops and restaurants. All in all a great experience, and we would definitely book again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024We stayed in this condo during Boyne Thunder and it was the perfect location for this event. Walkable to everything in downtown Charlevoix. Condo was comfortable and clean with good amenities. Note that the kitchen has only a stovetop and microwave and a mini fridge without a freezer - good for a long weekend stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Inn and would definitely consider staying there again. Although it’s currently undergoing some construction and renovations it didn’t detract from our visit.
