Welcome to your studio Isle of Palms vacation rental, a bright and beachy first floor condo just a short walk to the sand. Tucked into Ocean Inn, this sunny space is perfect for a laid back getaway where you can keep things simple and enjoy everything the island has to offer.

Styled with a fun coastal feel, this studio has an easy, relaxed vibe that makes it feel like vacation right away. The king bed is perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach, and the queen sleeper sofa gives aflexible option for extra guests. The bathroom is positioned between the two spaces for a little added privacy.

Step outside to your outdoor sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee or wind down in the evening. From here, you are just a short walk to the beach, plus close to the pool, grill area, and laundry. You can also walk to local restaurants, shops, and grab a drink or a bite to eat without ever needing your car.

The kitchenette is set up for real use, not just looks. You will find a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and an induction cooktop with the right pans provided, everything you need for easy meals, snacks, or your morning routine.

This Isle of Palms beach rental is all about convenience, comfort, and making your trip feel easy. Whether you are here for a quick reset or a longer stay, it is a great home base for beach days, good food, and everything in between.

Dog friendly with prior approval. Some larger breeds are not permitted and pet fees apply.

As a first floor unit, you may occasionally hear light noise from above.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have minimum nights required to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

    The condo was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. Everything was perfect for a quiet getaway. The location is great, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. The host was very responsive and sent both texts and emails about our stay. If we ever come back to Isle of Palms, we'll definitely stay here again!

    I was in town for family reasons and we wanted to stay near the water but not in the fray of Spring Break. The studio was the perfect size for two people, very clean, had everything we needed, and was within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and beach access.

    This place is exactly as described. It was a clean and quiet. The location in Isle of Palms is perfect. You're close to everything and it's an easy stroll to the beach itself. It was comfortable for the two of us and our senior dog. The host provided thoughtful amenities that made us quite comfortable.

    This is a perfect location if you plan on spending most of your time on Isle of Palms. It is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants on the Isle. The condo was just as described and communication with the host was very easy. Even if you are looking to venture off the island, it is just a short ride to downtown. I will definitely want to stay here on our next trip!

    We enjoyed our first visit here and will definitely be coming back. Everything was within walking distance, very convenient location. Well stocked, all we needed was groceries. Property manager was super informative and helpful. Clean and quiet, highly recommend. Most of the people we met there were returning guests.
