Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love location. Cleaning crew should do better and finding issues and having maintenance fix in between customers. We found bar stool broken, coffee table kegs super wobbly, safe locked, light bulbs out, drawer in kitchen jammed shut, dirty dishes in cabinets where people obviously didn’t rinse dishes before putting in dishwasher, etc..,, had to rewatch a bunch of dishes before we could use them - gross stuck on food.

Our room was right next to the gate that lets you through and that was a little loud at times but otherwise we loved our room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

This is a beautiful condo and accommodations for this condo are excellent.Only downside is the master bedroom being right next to the gate when people are entering and leaving the beach early in the morning.

Reviewer Comments: The unit needs new toaster and the microwave needs to be replaced it looks like it’s been repaired in the past, but when you pulled the door open the handle pops off. I would also suggest putting a pad of some type on the shared gate outside the unit near the master suite, every time someone goes in or out the gate slams and you can hear it clearly if you’re in the master suite definitely woke us up a few times . The location in my opinion is perfect! The pool is very nice and clean.We would definitely stay at Destin Beach Club again , just might try a different unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part the condo was perfect, with the exception of some of the furniture pieces. The bed sits in a huge wooden frame that sticks out way past the mattress. It takes ups most of the room. As soon as I saw it, I said some one is going to hurt their leg on the corner of the footboard. One hour later, my husband comes down the hall with blood streaming down his leg after hitting the corner of the bed. This bed frame is a very poor choice for a rental. The coffee table's size wasn't practical. You have to move it out of the way to pull the couch bed out. The coffee table is huge, heavy, and clunky. I didn't pull out the couch bed for this reason. I will say the couch itself (without pulling the bed part out) slept very well. It was one of the most comfortable couches I've slept on. The furniture pieces are pretty, but not practical or safe for a rental property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was a ground-level unit near the pool and hot tub. It was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated. We had all of the amenities we needed. Unfortunately we had rude next-door neighbors in unit 111 who smoked constantly near our front door sitting at the BBQ grill area using it as their personal smoking area, and same for the back patio area near our sliding glass door. Almost every night they pointed a stereo at our sliding glass door and turned up the volume full tilt for hours at a time blasting music. I'm surprised the management office did absolutely nothing about it considering they are there until 11 p.m.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great ground floor unit! Literally walk out sliding glass door straight to beach access walkway. Unit was clean upon arrival and parking was easy. There were 2 coffee pot kits, 2 bars of soap, 2 dishwasher packs, 1 laundry soap, TP, paper towels, bath towels and 2 beach chairs. No salt, pepper, oil or dish soap. Our family loved it! The patio was not very private as it’s so close to the beach access and hot tub. Hot tub was a little weird in the closed off building.

Easy check in process, clean well maintained unit. Very quiet all day and night outside on the balconies. Perfect stay. Would go back anytime
