Stayed Aug 2, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bed mattress was VERY soft and you just sank in it. A new/firmer mattress would be wonderful. There was very little drawer space for clothes with 4 of us. The one small dresser had both drawers that did not work well and were broke. A simple drying rack would be useful for hanging wet clothes on to dry after washing. The last thing was the light below the microwave is out and needs replaced. Other than those things, a great unit!!

Reviewer Comments: This condo building is smaller but they own the beachfront which means way less people on your part of the beach. That was the best part, not be overcrowded at the beach. Friendly staff as well.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful, relaxing stay over the long Labor Day Holiday weekend. We have stayed in multiple units at the Coral Reef. Unit 11 was good. The ice maker in the fridge did not work. The toaster did not work but it was promptly replaced by the staff. Love being on the 1st floor, steps from the beach.

The rental is super close to all the fun but you can make your own fun at this condo. The water was crystal clear all week and we cooked on the grill 3-4 times. Wonderful neighbors. Toaster didn’t work but other than that, amenities were stocked and in working order. Honestly this was the best trip ever!

Our family looks forward to coming every year. The beach is spectacular, staff is amazing, everything is picture perfect! Our kids have blast and meet up with some of the same families from prior years. Enjoy the family friendly atmosphere!
