Perfect location to everything. We are planning to come back next year and years after. So happy we found this place. Also the ladies in the office were so friendly. I have to say it was perfect!

The updating of the exterior looks wonderful. It is a great place; walk right out onto a private beach to chairs and umbrella's waiting for you. Easy to get on to the highway and close to everything!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been here maybe 8 times in last 20 years. Sometimes off peak, sometimes other condos, but the ground level same condo last 2 years in a row. We really love the location and overall condo, and Beach is the best. Only thing is the last couple years felt the price increased a bit too much, so we are skipping next year. Maybe that is happening everywhere but the price last 2 years to me has us looking for a house somewhere to split with other families for a better price.

Stayed Jul 6, 2023Location was the biggest factor for us. Right on the beach and as a first floor unit could not be easier. Within walking distance to several restaurants. The unit is older but overall was clean and comfortable. For the price and location we would consider staying again.

Just fyi: we tend to cook while there and didn’t have a large skillet but we made do. We always give office a list of things we notice need fixed. Roach in cabinet was a surprise but it was dead! Bushes in front of patio along hot tub wall are too big and block the view somewhat. Otherwise, satisfied.

Reviewer Comments: Not a high rise, just 3 stories this puts all the guest with front row right up to the ocean with the chairs and umbrellas that are included. Location is in the middle and close to everything. Very nice Condo always updated and clean and we have come here maybe 7 times in 12 years.
