Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year at this property and 2nd year in this particular condo. We love it. Clean, easy, and the beach is perfect. My kids love the pool and hot tub as well.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024it looks like the condo has been updated except the bathrooms. the bathrooms could use updating. they smelled musty and looked very worn. they were outdated and sad. the location is great. parking was easy. on the end so only one neighbor. walk to the beach and pool are crazy short. the beach didn’t have tons of people.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a repeat customer who comes here every year. Fantastic location and beach staff!!! The property is deteriorating, several things in the room were broken (coffee pot, ice maker, etc) and kitchen supplies were limited. Several years ago, I had no complaints. It's time for management to invest a little in the property. Front office staff was condescending and rude during check out.

We’ve stayed there before so checked there first when we decided to go with just 2 weeks notice. It did not disappoint. It’s in a great location and close to the water.we have already made reservations to return in October.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Destin Beach Club and have stayed many times there. This last time we stayed in 101. We had stayed in this exact unit a couple of years ago and were happy. However, when we went in April of this year nothing has been done to this condo. It was very run down and needs a lot of work. Also, the shower fixtures broke apart and we had to call someone to come and fix it. An older gentleman came and pulled the pipes out and said that he had temporarily fixed the problem enough so we could shower. When my daughter began showering, after about 3-4 minutes, we noticed water pouring across the floor. The kitchen, hallway and part of the living room flooded very quickly. Needles to say, it was a mess.Eventually, they got it figured out but the wet , dirty carpet was a pain and we spent our last night at the beach dealing with this. We won’t return, which makes me sad.
