The very popular property includes a fully furnished full size kitchen, new cabinets and gorgeous new quartz countertops. All appliances are stainless steel including a built in microwave, a full size side by side refrigerator with ice maker, in door filtered water, stove and dishwasher. All dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, etc. are provided. There is lots of cabinet space and a large pantry for all of your food items. Included inside the unit is a new Samsung stacked washer / dryer. Enjoy your coffee, lunch or afternoon wine and cheese at the breakfast bar, where there are three bar stools, it even has dimmable pendant lighting for just the right ambiance you are looking for. The space is designed as an open plan from the kitchen which provides for open space to a comfortable living room with a sectional sofa and club chair with ottoman perfect for curling up with a good book. Or relax while watching the flat screen television with Roku for streaming your favorite programs, and recording your favorite shows. For your work space furnishings include a desk with desk chair and lamp.
The master suite includes a wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming device, a ceiling fan and a very comfortable new queen size mattress, with quality linens and bedding. The bedroom has two matching nite stands with three drawers each for your use and convenience. This master suite has it all - a large walk in closet, a dressing area, a new vanity with quartz countertops and a separate room with the tub shower and toilet.
The property has high speed wireless internet and central air conditioning and heating. All utilities are provided a monthly fee of $300 applies. Housekeeping is provided complimentary once per month.
This property is on the ground floor, no stairs, all on one level. It is a condominium with a unit above and on either side. We ask for quiet and respect for the environment such as keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.
We provide a Marpac Natural White Noise Machine for your use. You may want to give it a try - it generates a soothing white noise to help you fall asleep faster, sleep better and wake up refreshed!
The community amenities on site include two heated pools, two spas and a fitness center. We even provide beach towels and chairs for you to use if you go to the beach. You will love the on site pool or a trip to Newport Beach pier is only 16 miles away!
Parking is provided for one vehicle in a private single car detached garage with remote control. There is open area unreserved parking available for a second vehicle with a parking pass. The garage area and the front door are well lit with exterior lights on automatically at dusk and off at dawn.

Our location in the city of Orange is bordered between the cities of Tustin and Irvine. We are also centrally located within a 30 minute drive or less to much of Orange County including many popular destinations such as Newport Beach, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine and Fullerton. We are just 8 miles from Disneyland!
This property is walking distance to a shopping center with a large full service grocery store (Alberstons) they also offer grocery delivery for your convenience and there is an in store Starbucks. In this shopping center you will also find banking (Wells Fargo and US Bank), retail stores and restaurants (Chens Chinese, Subway, and a terrific local coffee house). This property is walking distance to Peters Canyon a very popular park, and also to Santiago Hills park. Another very popular regional park just 5 minutes away is Irvine Regional Park.
We recommend a Farmers Market at Irvine Regional Park every Tuesday from 9AM to 1PM and one in Old Town Orange on Saturday mornings. This is a great place to pick up fresh produce from local farmers and a fun outing for sure!
We are located about five miles from Chapman University and Old Town Orange a very popular destination for casual and fine dining and lots of shops all surrounding a traffic circle.
Tustin Ranch Golf Course is just 6 miles away or a short 10 minute drive. Tustin Ranch Golf Club is a first class picturesque facility secluded within the community of Tustin, CA. It features a signature Ted Robinson designed golf course that the readers of the Orange County Register have consistently voted the best "Orange County Golf Course and Driving Range".

This condo is exactly like the photos. Beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. The hosts were fantastic with their communication during our stay, making sure everything was ok. The condo is in an area of Orange County that is less hustle bustle than downtown LA which was great for us, not having to deal with highway traffic. Heaps of shopping locations near by (that was what we were there for). Recommend The Tustin Market Place and The Outlets at Orange, and if you fancy more of a drive - Ontario Mills. This is a very safe and neighbourly area. Keep in mind this is a small one bedroom condo, perfect for 2 people but would be crowded with more than that. It is the perfect spot to base yourself for taking in all of what Orange Country and Los Angeles has to offer. We loved it and will definitely stay here again when we next come to California. Thank you Nancy and Mark for providing a lovely 'home away from home' for our stay.

Comfortable clean condo. Owners are lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We hit Disney, Laguna Beach, LA, Dana Point all within a comfortable driving distance. We had a great time, thanks!
We echo everything that the previous guests have said! The home is beautiful, bright, modern, and clean. The owners, Nancy and Mark were so attentive and checked in on us multiple times during our stay - they even offered to make us dinner reservations when we landed! The neighbourhood was absolutely beautiful and well kept. It was very calm, quiet, and safe, and the neighbours were very friendly. You are steps away from a great pool and fitness room, which were also very quiet and well kept. It was a great plus that we were able to put our car in a garage that is located steps behind the property as well. There isn't a thing Nancy and Mark haven't thought of - the Welcome Directory has take-out menus, directions to local spots, instructions on how to use the shower, etc. The home also has a starter supply of all of the basics: dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher packets, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, kleenex, salt, pepper (plus a selection of spices), sugar packets (and sweetener/Splenda), milk/creamer, tin foil, sandwich bags, plastic wrap, etc. In addition to all of this, Nancy and Mark were very thoughtful and provided items that we thought were above and beyond such as coffee, coffee filters, a selection of tea bags, two packets of oatmeal, two granola bars, two water bottles, and two bottles of apple juice. Moreover, they also supplied a small bottle of Tide laundry detergent, which was the perfect amount for our 10-day stay, a pack of Bounce dryer sheets, as well as a great supply of extra linens and towels, a blow dryer, a magnifying mirror, etc. All of these items really made us feel at home and were very convenient to have. All in all this was 10/10 stay and we will definitely be back if we are in the area. Look no further! Your search is over, this is the place to stay!
This property is immaculate! There isn't a thing out of place or a thing that they haven't thought of. The property is small but lives large! We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. The grounds and pool are as beautiful as the furnishings in the condo. Nancy and Mark are very attentive owners. They should run a bed and breakfast! Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

This place was an excellent choice for us. It was spotless inside and the grounds are very well maintained. Nancy and Mark were very attentive to our needs and they kept in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was what we expected. Even though the condo complex is next to a busy street and nearby freeway we never heard any road noise or noise from the neighbors. We ended each day having a glass of wine sitting on the front porch. The pictures are an accurate representation of what the condo was like. Everything was brand new. Thanks again Nancy and Mark for letting us stay at your place. It was terrific.
This lovely condo ticked off all the right boxes. It was quiet, squeaky clean and close to amenities and hiking trails. Much care had been taken to make it inviting and enjoyable. The owners were very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Should it be available on our next trip to southern California, we would love to stay there again.
This is a perfect location with very kind hosts to spend your holiday. They suppoted us in our vacation planning. The property is located in a calm neighborhood. Perfect if you seek tranquility. But still close to all major attractions and beaches. There's not a single thing that is missing in the property. Compared to other properties nothing broken, or damaged. The hosts and the former guests took care of it. Thanks to everybody. We really had a hard time leaving the condo again. Thank you Nancy and Mark.
Nancy and Mark were great hosts, place was spectacular, clean, great location, close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Garage parking was super convenient, the pool area and hot tub were great!! We used the gym couple times which was also great. Nancy was super helpful with any concerns or questions and replied super fast. Overall superb spot and would definitely stay there again. Nancy, Mark thank you!!!
