Cozy 3 Br private house near Disneyland, Anaheim Convention, Old town Orange

We thought this was a nice and clean house. Having a fenced in yard was really nice. The only issue we had was a couple of nails sticking up on the floor. But other then that it was very nice.

This property was neat and convenient to where we needed to be!

This is the second time staying at this home. Its perfect for a Disneyland trip. Great location. Ami is great to work with and very helpful and cant wait to be back.

Home was in a good location and was very clean. Easy access to highways and very close to plenty of attractions. Beds were comfortable and the house cooled down quickly. Half hour drive to great beaches also

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! Location is great to all things Anaheim and easy access to I-5. Owner very responsive even to middle of stay requests. Beds are comfortable and happy to have the washer and dryer.

Owners communicated all directions etc. I hadn’t read entry instructions and didn’t pay attention to the fact that they had sent me instructions well in advance. Great vrbo. Thank you again for everything. Highly recommend!

Great hiuse, nice and quiet. Only really there to sleep for work conference.

My family and I stayed at this property while visiting Disneyland. It was very well equipped, and slept our group of six adults and four children comfortably.

House was great. Perfect size for us. The host was easy and great to work with. Was 5-6 min drive from the house to the toy story parking lot. Lots of restaurants and stores close by. Thanks again!

Close to Disneyland. Interior was clean with plenty of room and bed space. Great kitchen, well stocked. The exterior landscaping could use some improvement. Overall… very nice!

Nicely updated home equipped with everything you need during a family vacation to nearby parks. Conveniently located for an easy drive to make it to rope drop and stay until the light shows. Plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms were nicely renovated and a good size, and the air conditioning worked well even during the record heatwave that happened during our stay. I recommend this home for families.

Staying at Cozy was cozy as the name tells it. We were made comfortable . We felt safe even coming back late in the night. The house was clean,sufficient utensils to use . We will be looking forward to come back anytime we visit OC. The owner was very prompt in answering my questions time did not matter . Thanks Appreciated your kindness of letting us stay beyond checking out time.

Such a wonderful property for our family of six. Easy to get to Disneyland and lots of space to cook, play games, and chill on the deck out back! Thanks for a lovely stay, hope to be back again soon!

The house was perfect for our 3 family softball trip. Very well appointed home with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay.

Great house to stay at near Disneyland!

Cute place close to Disney. So many beds. I slept in one of the bunk beds with my son and it was comfy. One thing is there’s no top sheets for bedding so hoping the comforter covers are washed after each guest stay. There were a few ants in the house but there were stakes out and wasn’t too bad. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this home over a long weekend for Volleyball Nationals and it fit our needs perfectly. Was impressed with bedroom space and the kitchen and laundry amenities. I would use this property again!

House was perfect for our stay. A visit to the beach and Disneyland. Beds were comfy and the house was very clean! We had a great visit!
