We really liked this condo, the online photos really did represent the unit. It was very clean and well stocked. Very close to the downtown restaurants and bars. Grocery store across the street and killer burritos one block away. I'd recommend this unit to anyone.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while getting our son settled into Mines Park. From the moment we walked in, this condo felt like home — spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing.The location is absolutely ideal. Nestled in a quiet area yet just minutes from downtown Golden, it gave us easy access to the Colorado School of Mines campus, restaurants, and coffee shops. We truly enjoyed having such a peaceful retreat to return to after busy days.The unit itself is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything we needed — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy beds and plenty of space to relax. We especially appreciated the dedicated parking spot, which made coming and going stress-free.This condo checked every box for us — comfort, cleanliness, convenience, and a touch of Colorado charm. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

It’s a lovely place but there are no outside amenities. We were hoping for a nice area to sit outside because there was no balcony. The homeowners should get together and make a nice area for their people who are in the Vrbo.

Adequate, not exceptional for the price I expected more high end. Bedding was below average.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo on the outskirts of Golden. Our itinerary included a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and a concert at Red Rocks and the location was a perfect home base for both activities. Golden is a wonderful town with so much to do and we enjoyed several local breweries and restaurants. The condo was spacious for three of us, very clean, nicely decorated and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Our host was helpful and responsive. We definitely hope to visit again!

In mixed-use building near the entrance of Golden, this place was fantastic. I wish we would have stayed there longer! It was the cleanest place we have stayed in a long time. Everything is well labeled, there are enough sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. we walked into Downtown Golden, which is a cute small town. I’d stay here again.

We love staying in this condo. It is so well appointed that we want for nothing while we are there. The comfortable furniture and bedding are a plus. The place is always clean and it is so well organized. It is obvious that the owners take great care and pride in their condo. The location cannot be beat. If you are looking for a place to stay that is close enough to Denver, Red Rocks and everything in Golden & the surrounding area this can’t be beat. I’m almost hesitant to leave this review for fear that it will be booked when I need it, that happened once and we learned that not all properties are equal.

This condo was wonderful! Fairly new, very clean and very comfortable. Has everything you need, and the owners have provided a very helpful book with information about the unit and the area. Great location, too, with an organic food store cross the street and within walking distance to downtown. Would recommend this as a place to stay if you visit Golden!
