This enchanting 1-bedroom Sea Cabins oceanfront condo is on the picturesque Isle of Palms, where the Atlantic Ocean becomes an extension of your living space. This cozy Isle of Palms beachfront vacation rental retreat beckons with an open-concept design, allowing the salty sea breeze to weave through the living area. The fully equipped kitchen is not just practical but an invitation to whip up seaside delights while the sound of the waves provides asoothing soundtrack. Sip coffee while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the private balcony. Relax while fishing on the private pier.

As you step into the bedroom, tranquility takes over as you sink into the inviting queen bed.

Beyond the charm of your Sea Cabin, the Isle of Palms offers a vibrant community and access to amenities that enhance your beachfront lifestyle. From lazy days by the pool to leisurely walks along the sandy shores, every moment becomes an opportunity to embrace the laid-back island living.

There are two small bunk beds in the hallway and a hideaway bed in the living room couch.

There are two smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

This oceanfront condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, plates, silverware, etc.

There is a grocery store nearby if you need more during your stay. There is also a coin operated private laundromat on site next to the pool.

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 1 vehicles can be parked at this property.

✧ Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $300.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    Very clean place. Loved watching ships enter and exit Charleston Harbor from the balcony. Easy access to the beach.

    The unit was very clean at check in and having new appliances and updated countertops, cabinets, etc was great.Right on a nice beach and a good ocean view from the balcony.One downside is that there,s very little room to hang or store clothing

    The property was great. I would like the bathroom to be cleaner. You could see mold in the toilet. And the shower curtain had not been washed in awhile.

    The property was perfect for a little getaway with my husband and I. Easy check in and check out. Property manager was easy to communicate with. Wonderful views of the ocean, short walk to the beach and pier beside the property was perfect for an evening walk. Highly recommend!!

    A much needed - albeit brief - getaway for a small family of three. While longer beach vacations are preferred, it’s amazing what perspective can do - so we made the most of the few days together enjoying the sun, sand and sea. Coastal charm fit the bill.

    This was so cute, and well decorated. We loved how close it was to the beach. Would be ideal for a family with children who are out of a pack n play. The bunks are so cute!! We loved our stay, isle of Palms is so pretty. We love walking to restaurants especially with an infant this made meals a lot easier with the stroller. Keep your stroller and beach stuff in the car for easy access!

    You really can’t beat the location here! Loved the private pier and minutes to the beach or pool. We were also able to walk to coffee, dinner and shops which was so nice. Balcony area has a great view of the beach and thanks to the strict noise ordinance, it was pretty peaceful! Condo is on the smaller side, but cutely decorated and has everything you need!
