Stayed Aug 5, 2024Great location, parking is extremely tight, would not recommend a full size truck. The value of stay was just ok, great location but the condo was pretty run down. Definitely requires some updating and repairing.

Stayed Jun 14, 2024We absolutely loved our stay! It was super clean, had the basic essentials for a weekend beach stay, and was a hop, skip, and a jump from the beach. So close to everything, walkable distances, and the host was super easy to communicate with and responded quickly (even when he was out of town). Only hiccup of our trip was someone was parked in our assigned location when we arrived. Steve had them towed immediately and we didn’t have any other issues with the parking, as we walked everywhere. The upstairs guests in another apartment were very loud and their kids ran around all night but that comes with vacationing anywhere. Overall, a 5-star weekend and will definitely rent from him again when traveling to Virginia Beach!

Stayed May 24, 2024Location was perfect- close to beach & restaurants. Host was very responsive & we appreciated his flexibility.
