1 Block from Beach! Swedes St. 4 Bed/3 Bath Condo in Dewey Beach Sleeps 10

I HIGHLY recommend you book this condo for your next trip to Dewey. I booked it for my 30th birthday trip with 6 of my girlfriends and it was absolutely perfect. It was definitely bigger than what we needed but it was everything I wanted!! Having the three bathrooms for 7 girls to get ready in was a game changer. The kitchen space was huge. Beds & couch were comfortable. Loved having the balcony to sit out in the morning. Being one block away from the main action of Dewey was 10/10 (especially with tearing my meniscus prior to the trip I was grateful that everything was so close to the house that we walked to). The host was very responsive, and was very accommodating when I asked to have a later check out, by two hours. (We went in the off season so I’m assuming that’s why she was able to be flexible). I will definitely be renting again the next time I go to Dewey with a bigger group of people.

Great rental , very clean , and perfect location

For our first trip to Dewey Beach, the condo was lovely and large - plenty of space for our family of six adults to be together but also plenty of space to be separated. Three bathrooms was a GREAT amenity. The condo's location was in the middle of pretty much everything in Dewey Beach, as well as only one block to the beach.The only drawback to our week at this condo was that the VRBO description and photos never indicated that the condo was on the third level with two large staircases to climb to get to/from the condo. With two senior citizens, two pregnant women, and two dogs, the stair climbing was slow and exhausting for many of our family. I assumed there was only one condo level on the property above the carport. Regardless of how great the condo was, had I known it was on the third level, I would have rented elsewhere. I will be sure to clarify this issue with any VRBO rentals going forward.

Great location if you like to be in the middle of the action. Just a short walk to the beach. Clean home and the layout is friendly. The large porch is nice and we spent a lot of time there. Plenty of parking for one truck and four cars.There were a couple of hiccups with the AC and empty propane tanks in the outdoor grill but communication to address these was good.

This home is perfect. Great location, really wonderful amenities and overall just amazing.

The pictures don't do it justice. Place was so roomy and clean and just overall amazing. Smooth booking. Great communication. Will plan to stay again the first opportunity we get!!!

Great place, great location, and excellent communications. Reached out last minute and had prompt response and was able to checkin the following day. Will stay there again.

A brief spring break stay with family (4 adults and 5 children) was very enjoyable! The unit was beautiful and clean, and suited our needs perfectly. It was in a great location, and we would definitely consider renting here again!

Three couples stayed for a weekend, the home was perfect. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the piped in music. One recommendation is to have booklets on how to use the features on the fridge and other high end appliances. Lovely home!

Location, walking distance to everything in Dewey, one block from the Starboard. Great location, very clean, great outside deck with BBQ Grille.

Amazing beautiful space for extended family and friends.

I have stayed at many homes over 20 plus years going to Bethany Beach. This year because our kids are older we went to Dewey Beach. It’s great that you can just walk to all the bars and restaurants. The home did except dogs which is what we wanted and have rented before. I must say that this home looked clean at first glance, but it’s very dirty and not deep cleaned. The owner is delayed in responding to any questions. We were supposed to have towels and sheets included but they never came till well after 10 pm, and I was told I needed to wait around for them to get delivered. Never has that happened. We were hungry and needed to get food, and go to the supermarket. So after waiting around for hours I decided to go back to Walmart and buy what we needed. This was a big pain. But the owners did reimbursed me for that. But at the end of the day we all had a wonderful time. The Delaware shore is magical, and we love it.
