1 Bedroom Pet Friendly condo steps to the beach sleeps 4.

My husband, my self, and our 13yr old son stayed here October 2025 and we absolutely loved it. Only a few steps to the beach. This condo was packed with supplies. I enjoyed the family atmosphere and felt safe with my son riding around the neighborhood on the bikes that were provided. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice budget friendly place for my small family. Love how close to the beach it is and how I can walk around the neighborhood and enjoy the Florida weather. In unit washer & dryer is a major plus!! Enjoyed our stay!

LOCATION..LOCATION..LOCATION!!!This condo was perfect! It has everything plus more! To our surprise, it had beach umbrellas, chairs and 2 bikes to enjoy. The condo is decorated really cute and has a nice sitting area out back. The location is top notch! It’s just a few steps away from the Beach. We took chairs to the beach on July 4th and had the best firework show. There were people popping fireworks all around us and all we had to do was sit and enjoy. The complex has a cute play area with picnic tables and a grill close to the pool. The area is beautifully landscaped and the complex area was quiet. We were lucky enough to meet the owners, John and Maggie. They were so welcoming and wonderful people. Will definitely be back!!!

Location, location, location. You are just across the street from a private beach. The pool was relaxing. The bed was so comfortable. They had everything you would need for the week including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, beach towels and more. There are so many dining options within walking distance. John stopped by and introduced himself and asked if everything was ok. We will definitely be returning and are already planning our next trip. Thanks so much for a wonderful week. Brian and Tarah

We loved the condo. Had everything in it, that we needed. It was very clean. John & Maggie were great!! If you are looking for a one bedroom, right across the street from the beach, this is the place. We will for sure be back!! Thank you John & Maggie for having such a great place!

We wish we could have stayed longer than 4 days, but we will definitely come back to this lovely rental. The location couldn’t have been better. Closest bldg. in CLM to the beach. Across the street from the Pickleball Courts and very close to the pool. Our little Yorkie felt at home immediately, and so did we. It is nicely furnished, and the king bed is very comfortable. The patio off back is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee as well as relaxing after a day at the beach. It is set back off the road and offers some privacy with a nicely landscaped grassy area. Definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at John and Maggies condo. They are great hosts and the condo is always clean. Its only a few steps from the beach and a few restaurants. Everything you need for an enjoyable visit to Destin. We have already booked this condo again for next year. My wife and I highly recommend this condo.

The property we stayed in was clean and comfortable. Loved being close to the beach and pool. Only negative was the counter top ice maker was noisy. And jammed so the ice wouldn’t make until you moved ice .

The condo is exactly as stated and in pictures. Very cute and clean! Awesome location with a one minute walk to beach and two restaurants. Check in and out processes very smooth. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great relaxing week!
