Stayed Jul 21, 2021Overall we did have a fun experience. The staff was super nice and helpful. However, the room was subpar. The room pictured on here was NOTHING like the room we got. The bedroom was so tiny, we couldn’t even close the door because the queen size bed took up so much space in the room. The AC unit in the roof (as soon as you walked into the unit) leaked water the entire time onto the tile floor. A bit of a hazard for some people. The elevator was the size of a moving box. The plumbing was terrible (toilet & shower). Be ready to wait hours for the one shared washer/dryer for the whole floor. But the location and staff… I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are! Also, beach chairs and umbrellas included, were a huge plus!
