Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Coral Reef many times over the years and it has never disappointed. Great location, great service, all units we have stayed in have been great and the beach access is superb. This particular unit at this time is fine but it is due to be refreshed. Again, we still enjoyed our stay just providing you some honest feedback. We will be back next year!

Condos are older yet remodeled units. The great beauty is in location and access to beautiful Beach and Destin Amenities. Great for 2 people with 2 children. We have traveled to Destin since the 1990's and this has become our go to place to stay.

Everything you need is in there. Has paper products and washing powder to start you off. You don’t have to go to the store right away. The office personnel are awesome. So very helpful in planning the next year’s stay. We always book right away for the next year.

We wish that the unit had at least one nice reclining padded chair. The couch cushions slide off the coach. The TV is great but it is not a smart TV so we can't use our subscriptions. The kingsize bed is very confortable. We've booked again for an extended period in 2024-2025.

Next year we are sharing a 3rd floor with my sister in law and her family but since we like 8 so much, my mother in law booked 8!!! Kitchen is fully equipped (which I appreciate bc I love to cook), the master bed is super comfortable, and the location is PERFECT!

Stayed Jul 25, 2023This condo complex is great. There are rules regarding quiet hours which makes it a perfect & relaxing place for your family. The staff were welcoming, kind, professional, and responsive. We had a small issue with our fridge & they came & fixed it expeditiously. Their private beach was amazing; not crowded due to the small number of condos and a very shallow sandbar very close to the shore with a short distance of waist-deep (for adults) water to get to it. The kids had a blast walking on the sandbar & jumping off of it. The chairs and umbrella were already set up every day for our convenience. This was a much needed reprieve for us & came at just the right time!
