Stayed Jun 24, 2024This is my third stay at this house and once again it was a perfect vacation. The host, Michael, is as accessible as every review states. You rarely have to contact him because he’s a pro and has planned for just about everything in the house. It’s clean and well-stocked. The pool and grounds are maintained well. And on the rare occasion you do need him, his response time will be minutes-every time. I coincidentally checked in on a very special day for his family and he was still attentive and making sure I was comfortably checked in. The house is great for families or adults. The open floorplan is great for cooking and staying in. The pool is a great size. There is a wonderful porch to spending early or late evenings outside. We used the grill as well as the fireplace for S'mores. There’s a yard to play. And the location is great. Minutes from town, and perfectly located to get to Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, etc. Looking forward to my next stay!

Stayed May 24, 2024Pack your clothes, grab some food and EVERYTHING else is at the Cove! Mike is a superb host. Our dog loved the yard, we loved the location and pool. Grab this house if you can get it.
