The chalet has capacity for 6 people, and is located in a quiet area. It features gardens, swimming pool, fireplace, centralised air conditioning throughout the house and parking for 4 vehicles. It has a portable barbecue. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 and a full ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. The two other bedrooms have two beds of 0.90 each. Outside there is another full bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware...etc and has access to the garden. The villa is located in a quiet area in Chiclana, with minimum noise, where you can enjoy the tranquility. You are only 7.3 km from the old town of Chiclana (15 minutes but car), where you can find all bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc... And only 10.3 km from La Barrosa beach (17 minutes but car), as well as being close to other beautiful and well-known beaches such as Sancti Petri Beach, Camposoto Beach, Puerco Beach, Fontanilla Beach....etc. All ideal to enjoy the sun or water sports. The accommodation is also close to golf courses, go-kart circuit, or marina.
