Villa Near The Sea (Less Than 200 Meters) With Private Pool.

A perfect break with 2 young grandchildren.A great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and easy access to the tram link.Shopping was done online with Mercadona for ease, but is a twenty minute walk.We were going to hire a car but was not necessary as ease of public transport. The villa was clean and bright.Great facilities and the hosts were very approachable.Definitely use this property again.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the host and shown around the villa. The place was spotless, very spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. Gorgeous outdoor space with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Location is great, close to local amenities, a quiet residential spot with easy access to a well connected local tram system.

The house lived up to all our expectations for this holiday! The hosts made sure we had a nice check-in and check-out. We were also lucky enough to get tips from them for various experiences along the way!

We loved this house. We were pleasantly surprised as the photos didn’t do it justice.The bathrooms are really modern and everything was lovely, the aircon was great as were the showers and was the pool You could walk to an amazing beach which was so easy to swim in and the sand was lush We had a couple of nights out, one in Alicante where we visited the castle and one in Benidorm which was an eye opener The hosts were so friendly and helpful

A pretty garden surrounds this spacious villa. The outside terrace and kitchen area with big bbq are fantastic next to the pool. Everything we needed for a wonderful 3 generation family stay. Modern bathrooms and air con. The location is perfect for Muchavista beach (ice cream shop and great bakery just a few minutes walk from the door) and tram and bus links along the coast in both directions. Visit Alicante or head to El Campello town for an evening. We would happily return. Thank you

This villa can offer a large pool with possibilities for diving and jumping. A central location with only a 7-minute walk to the beach. Proximity to restaurants, shops and the tram that takes you quickly to Alicante. Uber Eats also has a good selection of shops and restaurants that deliver within a short time. We have managed without a rental car for the 14 days we have been here. Communication with the owner was good both before and during the stay. The only downside is that there is only AC in the master bedroom. The others have ceiling fans and have to share AC with the living room and kitchen. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would love to come back.

The villa is finished to a high standard with lovely quality tiles throughout, a lovely kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher and 2 modern bathrooms with great showers. The beds were very comfy and there was plenty wardrobe space. The pool was lovely and there is an eating, dinning and cooking area outside too. The villa is kitted out with everything you need and our stay was perfect. The area is really quiet and I think it’s a residential area.

We travelled as a family with our 6 year old daughter. The Villa is huge and well furnished - a great kitchen and an outdoor kitchen with a grill (we did not use). All windows have an insect net and is secured. The 2 bathrooms are well designed and the Rainshowers are great. The Communication with the owner is easy and they are very helpful and friendly. The great beach is a slow 10 minutes walk from the villa and there is also the tramstation which can take you to Alicante in 20 minutes. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.
