You'll have your pick of fascinating days out exploring. Wander the section of The South West Coast Path and beach and take in the views. Thanks to the open plan design of the living, kitchen diner, Swallows has a spacious feel, perfect for relaxing as a family. On a warm day, step out onto the patio and while away sunny days with a glass of something chilled. Bliss!

Lounge with large leather corner sofa with wonderful views of 'Baggy Point' in the distance through the patio doors that lead to the garden. Wall mounted 32'' LCD Freeview TV with full Netflix access, DVD player, Digital radio, Ipod docking station and selection of board games.

Utility cupboard with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and other essentials.

There is a communal village green in the centre of the cul-de-sac, an ideal place for children to play and a small foot path leads to the beach 500 Metres away.

    House was in the perfect location. Only 5 mins to Croyde beach plus Saunton sands & woolacombe. After walking woolacombe beach u must finish up at Beachcombe cafe 4 breakfast. Walk to Baggy point is amazing with views, fresh air and detoxing yr mind

    Cute cosy home with everything you could need for a relaxing break. Spotlessly clean and modern. Nice garden to relax in on a sunny day. Perfect location for beach and village. Will be back!
