Sundowners Margaret River

A lovely place to stay. Only 10mins walk to the centre of town. Beautiful surroundings. Very homely. This is our third stay and we’ll be back!

Great location, not far from town and so close to walk and bike trails. House is so well equipped - surprised to see they had a rice cooker and even a toastie machine!Comfy beds too. Great communication from Hosts, look forward to staying again at this property.

Nice and cosy house, it had everything we need. Nice walk to the river and township. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. A bit dark downstairs.

Excellent communication with the host, helpful and with ideas for leisure activities. The accommodation is beautifully located and within easy reach of restaurants and shops. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and everything is in excellent condition. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Perfect house in perfect location with great hosts, lots of space for families.

Very clean, elegant but compact challet. loved the large number of trees nestled around tte house and other challets. Made good use of being close to town and the river walks.

A great place to stay. Within walking distance to town along a beautiful river walk. Well stocked with everything we needed, the beds and pillows were super comfy. Great communication from the hosts. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely space in a beautiful convenient spot, close to town. Hosts were clear and helpful in their communication and very accommodating when an issue arose. We were a small family but could sleep 8. With two queens and two bunk beds. Would stay again.

Wonderful holiday house in a beautiful location.

Lovely clean home with everything we needed. It had a pleasant woody smell (cedarwood?) which suited the wooden decor very well.It did get quite cold (August), so we made use of the reverse-cycle air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs.There were no tables suitable for doing a jigsaw puzzle, as they were all too textured.

Beautiful villa, great location. Every morning 2 beautiful parrots were coming and we fed them. Unforgettable memories!!!

Second stay at this amazing place. 10 minute walk from the centre of Margaret River. 20 minute walk through the forest to the Margaret River brew house. My 3 children all love walking along the dam, skipping and throwing rocks. Could not recommend this place enough.

Supremely comfortable and well equipped, the only thing missing was a hair dryer! Great location, ideal four adults (spacious). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A very clean and lovely home. It had everything we needed and more. Great location. 10 minutes walk to the main street, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes.

Pleasant, well-sited, convenient and comfortable house. Not too far from the MR town centre and the various MRRWF locations, as well as some pleasant bush walks. Beds a little bit short and the stairs somewhat challenging but not a real problem (and we knew about them before we came).

The house was lovely. Great location, great amenities, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend. The only downside was the internet was slow. Not really an issue when on holiday but not good enough to stream the footy. Would stay here again

We really enjoyed this chalet. It was everything we needed in a holiday home. It was close to town, neat, clean and cosy with everything we needed. We enjoyed the walk trail by the river, the peace and quiet in the complex and the modern, comfortable accommodation.

Once we managed to find the place, it was fine. There was 4 of us so we only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Very quiet location but too far for us to walk into the Main Street of Margaret River. Very clean and tidy and good cooking facilities.

This is a lovely place to stay in Margaret River. Peaceful location not far from centre of town. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Really handy outdoor veranda with BBQ and outside dining table. We had a fantastic fun family stay!

Pleasantly presented 2 storey chalet in a complex but distanced enough for privacy and with a lovely tree outlook from an upstairs balcony off the main bedroom. Perfect for a peaceful relax away.

Very nice and beautiful place to live in.

We had family staying from overseas and chose this place to explore the area from as it had multiple living areas and was close to town. The house was lovely and in a really convenient location for the centre of Margaret River, without being too close the noise of the main road. We stayed for 6 nights with 4 adults and 2 children, and really enjoyed our stay. The chalet was very close to other chalets on the block but there were no overlooking windows and it felt private enough. Our family walked into town most days along the bush paths along the river, and also enjoyed exploring along the river upstream around the lake. We used the BBQ on the deck, and cooked in the kitchen, and found the kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses and pots and pans. We reall enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We had a lovely time staying at Sundowners, Margaret River. It was extremely well fitted out and there was great attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the nicer properties we have stayed at over the years. Many thanks to the owners.

Good property just what we required.

Well designed house, sleeping 4 adults in two queen bedrooms and 4 children in bunk beds. 2 bathrooms and two sitting areas with tv, mini kitchen in smaller sitting area. Outside BBQ, well stocked kitchen and plenty of storage space. Location on edge of town, 20 minuttes walk, beautiful river walks from the doormin minute walk

Property was better than expected, very tidy and comfortable. Would def recommend for anyone looking to stay in Margaret River.

Sundowners is the perfect place to stay in Margaret River. The hosts are perfect. They keep you well informed about Margaret River and their property is beautiful, clean and well kept. It's close to town so you can just walk in to town and enjoy. We are a family of 4 adults who love wine so it was a perfect place to go wine tasting. We enjoyed cooking every night (also using the BBQ) and tasting the wines that we had purchased from local wineries. You will love this property as we did.
