Spectacular ski chalet by the Bran Castle

Great place for family reunion. Ample space, clean and close to Bran’s castle! Definitely will come again!

It was a very nice and different house. It is approx. 5 minutes' drive from restaurants and shops in Bran. The host was very informative, available and helpful. We have only good memories with us from here.

Great place with wonderful views. Road to get there was a little rough but we managed fine in our van. Could really do with better air conditioning as the room on the top floor was uncomfortably warm. But great outdoor area for socialising with a bbq. Washing machine for clothes was very useful and airing racks are provided. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed this beatiful home. It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nature. Thank you to the landlord for his great hospitality.

Cabin was lovely. Host was amazing. Bit of a drive to the skii resorts (25 to 30min), but tons to do close by. Just down the road from Bran Castle and close to Dino Parc which is great. Would definitely recommend.

Great communication and Ema always on hand to answer any questions. Stunning house, so warm and clean, had the best time!

Everything was there as was described in the property description. Ema (the owner) met us (we even had dinner with her at the Villa the second night) was a joy to meet and very cooperative in helping us with tours, anything that we needed at the property and made sure we could contact her at any time for assistance. There were four couples and all enjoyed the experience at the Villa. As Ema will tell you when you converse with her before arrival, getting up the road to her Villa can be a challenge but totally worth the effort. Enjoyed the spacious entire downstairs for the eight of us and sitting on the porch (expansive) in the mornings and evenings with the views. Great place to see the area of Transavania and its surrounding areas.

Spectacular views and an enchanting loft from which to read and watch the snow fall. Magical Christmas Tree - really made us feel at home. Wine & festive bread waiting in the kitchen. Warm fire hearth - because a cabin in the snow is nothing without a fireplace with ample amounts of kindling. Luxurious hot tub especially when doused with local lavender bath salts. Kind & generous owner - thank you so much, Ema. Bottom line - We loved our Carpathian Log Cabin, and it’s proximity to the snow globe-esque Christmas markets in Bran & Braşov, and skiing at Poiana Braşov. Romania was a delightful adventure for 2 footloose Californians seeking a winter wonderland.

Brill! The only thing that spoilt it (but only very slightly!) was the rain, but that’s coz it was July... Ema is fab, looked after us wonderfully!

The house exceeded our expectations in every way! Extraordinary design all in wood, beautiful furnishings and an amazing view over the valley. Everything was clean and comfortable. Surrounded by beautiful cherry and apple orchards. Very close to Bran Castle also known as Dracula Castle. We were able to take day trips to Brasov, Poiana Brasov and Risnov Castle in the near Carpathian Mountains. We hope to be back someday for a longer stay.

The space is magnificent, well kept and perfect for a big family holiday - every modern amenity to hand! However, it was Emanuela's warm welcome that put us at ease and made us feel at home. She was on-hand to answer any and all questions! It was our first experience in Brasov/Bran and it is truly unforgettable. The views from the chalet are spectacular! The fire is warm and cosy on a cold night - the house was always warm! Thank you Emanuela for your wonderful hospitality! I'm sure we'll see each other next year!
