Ski in / ski out cabin in Burfield Heights

Older cabin not convenient to parking. Slog through the snow for a few minutes with a plastic tabogan required to unload stuff to cabin. Ski-in needs instructions on easiest way in order to avoid double bblacks which are the

Very comfortable and convenient house for true ski in and ski out. The short walk from parking lot wasn’t an issue for our group, and the sleds provided with the house made it easy to move our gear. The owners were quick to respond to the questions we had. We’d definitely consider staying here again - it was a fun week at Sun Peaks!

Owner kristine and paul are friendly. This was the 2nd time we stayed in their property. They responded quickly to our questions and needs. Good ski in/out location if you want to stay away from the busy village. Just note you may need a car with snow tire or awd to get up the hill on a snowy days.

This was a fabulous place to meet the family! well set up for the -25c we had to endure. Sauna, games and pool table kept us busy and having fun together!

The home is well lived in, but is exactly as advertised, with an even better view. It’s really nice to literally ski from and to the door.

Stayed FEB 16 to FEB 20, 2022. Mostly quite clean, expect some dust here and there. Pool table a bonus. TV and TV channels. We were up during the Olympic so we didn’t watch any other channels other than Olympics but they have Netflix! Easy to ski out to Burfield Chair in the morning and more challenging to ski in until you find the right run to take! Did Burfield Outrun but on one day was quite chopped up as a snowboarder a little more challenging but my skier friends had no problems and brings you right to the Chalet! Well equipped, modern kitchen and amazing BBQ on patio! The toboggans to haul up our gear was very needed. The host was very quick to respond to questions via text or messenger. The beds could be updated. Would recommend and would return.

We loved staying here! It was amazing to ski up to the door and go in for lunch or sauna. Great views, comfortable home, awesome location! Small portage from car was no problem; tobaggans were very helpful.
