The property offers 4 parking spaces in the curved driveway in front of the house or in the driveway on the right side of the house, providing easy access for multiple vehicles.



Laundry Convenience

An in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to freshen up clothes after outdoor adventures.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

Ridesharing: Uber and Lyft may have limited availability in this remote area—plan ahead if relying on these services.



Public Transit: Cripple Creek offers a seasonal shuttle service connecting major attractions, casinos, and nearby landmarks. Check local schedules for availability.



Scenic Train Ride: The Cripple Creek & Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad offers a unique way to explore the area’s rich mining history on a vintage train ride.

Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
