Stayed Aug 7, 2022Loved the unique idea of establishing a Cottage style retreat on a few acres of land. We had a difficult journey due to bad weather and bad directions, in the mountains, and arrived pretty late, Once we opened the door to the Cottage we were in love. It was bigger than expected , clean and well laid out. Our sleep , on the brass bed was deep and our morning was bright and relaxed. We will definately reccommend this place to friends. One note, on your GPS, you MUST add the town ( Flintstone) ! Theres more than one address which is similar.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Overall the stay and accommodations were good. A couple minor items of constructive criticism. First, there is another larger cabin/house that appeared to be part of the property near the entrance. We incorrectly assumed it was the owners' and that the garbage dumpster near the road was the one we were to use for our garbage. On our second day of placing our garbage in the dumpster a woman came out and screamed at me that the dumpster was not 7C's. She did not want to talk and simply yelled and went back inside. Some type of signage or communication could have easily prevented this innocent misunderstanding. We later found the correct dumpster.Second, the cabin was clean but if you looked closely there were things that highlighted the cleaning was more superficial. There were dust bunnies under the bed, spider webs in the corners of the room and dust had collected on some of the light fixtures. This is nit-picky but things like this separate accommodations from good to excellent.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023We enjoyed our stay. We had a beautiful day of hiking at Green Ridge State Forest just a 10 minute drive away. The cabin was clean and comfortable.
