-Peaceful Eclectic Cabin, WiFi, Hot tub,pets welcome

Honestly this location was so wonderful! Laura and Dennis were extremely communicative and super friendly! Incredible location too! I’d recommend the Dragonfly Cove to anyone/everyone looking for a very relaxing, calming, rejuvenating stay. My one and only suggestion would be for the cleaning crew to really take care of the cobwebs. Lots in the cabinets and along the ceiling. Never saw a spider. Just a small point I’d like to mention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The space and view were peaceful. We loved watching the river from the house and the hot tub! The owners were very communicative and helpful, answering all of our questions. Stay/pack out instructions were clear and made the check out process easy. We’ll definitely come back again!

We couldn't have asked for a more well appointed, peaceful place to gather with our people. Laura was very responsive when we needed her; you can tell how much they care for the place!

The location and amenities were perfect for us, and the fenced yard for the pooch was a surprise and much appreciated.

This cabin was perfect for five friends and myself to celebrate a birthday over a long weekend. The pictures do not do justice to just how charming the place is. The river brings great ambiance to your stay and the hot tub was great. I will most likely look to stay here again!

This cabin was absolutely adorable. The views and outdoor space were amazing. The cabin was clean and stocked well with bedding, towels and fire wood for the wood stove. Would definitely return for another stay.

Even better than the pictures. Perfect in every way. Owner was great to deal with and very patient with me. Views are great. Off the beaten path with plenty of privacy. Kitchen had EVERYTHING you could ever want or need. Local dining and hiking were all we could ask for!! Would definitely recommend it and I’m pretty fussy. We hope to return soon. You won’t be disappointed.

Great place to stay, relaxing, private and peaceful. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were responsive, helpful and friendly. We had one small issue on arrival (with the wifi) that was quickly corrected even though we told them we could happily wait until a convenient time. Will happily book again.

Extremely beautiful place in magnificent setting.

Just about everything was perfect - location, setting, home layout, deck, hot tub, and an amazingly well-equipped kitchen. My only suggestion would be a firmer mattress on at least one of the beds.

Check in was very easy. The host was quick tpo respond to any questions i had. The house was roomy and had everything i needed. The outside area was second to none. The multi-level deck had LOTS of seating and an incredible view right on the river. They provide a grill and a Traeger and a fantastic hot tub. I will stay again in the future!

The property is terrific! The teens enjoyed playing in the river. There is plenty of room and the boys enjoyed playing darts as well WI-FI was good for everyone. The downstairs shower didn’t work, but I'm sure they will get that fixed. Nice time for all of us, even our dog.

Great location for hiking. Quiet. Excellent supermarket convenient.

My husband and spent the week working on our books (we're both writers) and the house--and location--are perfect. Close to hikes, super cute, clean, and the river outside is stunning. We'll definitely be back!

This property was unbelievable definitely would go back. It was definitely at 10.

This is a classic cabin nested beside the river, surrounded by beautiful trees. It has a little bit of the feeling of going back in time and you can definitely choose to just relax and read (very cozy couch and chairs), take a nap (super comfortable beds), or go hiking every day (which is what we did!). Loved coming home and having a glass of wine on the deck listening to the river to end the day. Enjoyed connecting with the host, Laura, who was very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great little place to relax and unwind. The river setting is dreamy. The house is exactly how you’d think a cabin in the woods would be, rustic and cozy. Very easy to communicate with the owners. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great place for a family get together.

This cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway! The river is wonderful and the cabin has everything you need! The shower upstairs is very very small but we just used the one downstairs! Great spot!

What a relaxing cabin in the woods! Our family thoroughly enjoyed unwinding to the sounds of the river. We slept very comfortably and found everything we needed to enjoy our stay right at our fingertips. While the wifi and tv were there ready to use, we chose board games and sunny spots instead! Perfect! The host is amazing!

We do VRBOs 4-5 times a year and this was the best we have ever stayed in. The amazing scenery is a big factor, but the house itself was the coziest! The beds were very comfortable and we even stayed an extra night cause I could not bear to leave.

We had a great stay. The fireplace and hot tub were awesome. We stayed three nights, but there was only enough firewood for two nights. So, you might need to bring your own. One of the things I really appreciated though, were the abundance of towels. That always means a lot to me!There is also a tax, so if you have a budget for this trip, you will want to calculate the tax into the price.

It was a nice quiet place along the Sandy River.We had a wonderful time.

We had a great stay. A lot of hikes very close, the hot tub was nice and even though it rained during our stay, it was great to have a perfectly lovely view of the river and a nice fire in the rainy evening. The pictures do not do it justice-it is a great cabin.

My friends and I did a father son trip here and had a blast! cabin is better than advertised, nice private road with a gate, very quiet ver private escape! tons of nostalgic elements that made this truly an unforgetable experience!

Our family stayed for a weekend ski trip and ended up staying an extra day. The place was relaxing and fantastic and Laura was quick to respond. We would 10/10 stay again!

It was cozy, the layout was great for us, and we loved being in the back. Especially the hot tub!

The Cabin was clean and stocked with necessities for a group staying for a few days. The neighborhood is very quiet and the amenities were wonderful. Would recommend to others who want to enjoy Mt Hood. This is our second time staying here and we will likely stay again because we love the location and the owners are lovely to work with

Stayed with friends for a long holiday weekend. Property was very cozy nestled in the woods on the sandy river with a great view. Nicely stocked kitchen and comfy beds and great location in proximity to all the activities on Mt Hood. Would recommend and stay here again.

Relaxing, cozy cabin with gorgeous view of the river out of beautiful windows. Lovely and rustic, with a wonderful hot tub. A true getaway- no neighbors too close to you.

Wonderful cabin with great outdoor seating and view of the Sandy River. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of cooking utensils and towels. We will plan to stay here again the next time we come to Portland!

Wow! What an amzaing place to stay. We loved sitting outside listening to the rushing river right in the backyard! We took our dogs on daily walks on the private road with no traffic. The kitchen was well stock and had everything you will need to cook your meals there. The beds were so comfy that I had a hard time waking up in the mornings. It was an absolutely wonderful 5 nights of a stay. We will definately be back again. Thank you!!

Our daughter, her twin 14 yr old sons and my husband and I stayed at this delightful house for six days. The boys learned and played a lot of darts and we all enjoyed the nice hot tub. It's very private. The weather was perfect, and the air conditioner was needed on one hot day.The nature surrounding the house is lovely and the sound of the river rushing by an added delight. A thoroughly wonderful stay.

We loved being so close to the SandyRiver and the all of the outside space.
