With a capacity of 8 people, it will charm you with its unique location by the water and its carefully crafted decoration, inspired by life on board a boat.

On the ground floor, a bright living room, entirely overlooking the sea, offers a warm lounge area, a dining area and a dedicated office space. You will appreciate the cosy atmosphere of this room. A fully equipped kitchen, a boat cabin room with private shower and washbasin, and separate toilets complete this space.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with sea views and a bathroom with toilets offer a comfortable space. Each area has been designed for the tranquillity and well-being of all, with modern and practical equipment.



Outside, you will be able to enjoy the 5000m² enclosed garden and 2 terraces facing East/West to savour your meals and moments of conviviality. The immediate proximity of the coastal path, the beach and the ocean will add a magical dimension to your stay.

The neighbourhood:

The house benefits from the proximity of Saint Philibert and La Trinité sur Mer. On the St Phil side, the small beach of Presses is 150m away, the beach of Kernevest and its Sailing Club are 4 minutes by car/9 minutes by bike. The shops in the town centre are accessible in 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes on foot. The Quéhan Tennis Club is 700m away (1 minute by car/3 minutes by bike/9 minutes on foot).

In 5 minutes by car, you reach the quays of La Trinité sur Mer, the marina and the Nautical Society (sailing school).

Many oyster farmers are nearby for on-site tasting or to take away a seafood platter.

Right along the coastal path, this house is also the starting point for beautiful hikes. A cycle path passes in front of the property.

For golf enthusiasts, Golf Saint-Laurent is 20 minutes by car.
