The how was awesome! Perfect amount of space for our crew. We were able to have kids sleep in their rooms while the adults had fun in the game room. Definitely a top option for next year.

We had an absolute perfect time at this beautiful mountain house. It was so clean, the host was so nice and quick with messages back. The linens/towels were fresh and clean. The dining room table being so big was such a huge hit for our group of 19. We were all able to share a meal around one table for the first time in a long time. The versatile fire place was a nice touch to cozy up on the deck and read a book. The hot tub was clean and comfortable. Overall, this house was one of the best we have stayed in as a big group. Would definitely come back!

Our second stay at Ledgestone Lodge was as good as the first stay two years ago. The house and property provide plenty of room for our large group and everything is in excellent condition, as advertised. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Detailed information is provided regarding the property, the check in and check out process (which is simple) as information and recommendations regarding the surrounding area.

Host was very responsive. House was very clean and spacious. Would stay there again.

Very spacious and clean

2nd year in a row we have booked this property. 10/10 rating both times.

I can't say enough about how this house contributed to a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with my family. There is so much space in the home, but we really spent the bulk of our time on the main floor which consisted of living room, dining room and kitchen because there was room for everyone. We all agreed that the dining take that seats 16 was awesome. My grown adult children, spouses and grandchildren all attended and we had the best time. The facility was so well-equipped and it was so easy to make ourselves at home. The two refrigerators and dishwashers in the kitchen were so helpful. Everything in the house was prepared perfectly and so clean. This was one of the only properties I came across that had perfect 10/10 reviews. I can see why. The owners communicated with me throughout the whole process and I am so pleased that I booked this home. We made lasting memories we will not forget.

House is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space. Kitchen has everything and the two refrigerators and dishwashers were welcome bonus. Very clean and tastefully decorated!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

All in all the place was great, nice rooms/house in general.Only issue was it having just one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Contacted to see where the others were once we realized we couldn't find spare TP, was told somewhere in the large contract signed that they were only responsible for 1 roll per bathroom, and we were supposed to bring more... for the cost I think basic supplies like that in a house that boasts sleeping 29 people should have been included.Besides that the house is very nice

Amazing time and amazing host!!

What a beautiful property! We had seven families come together - with a lot of children - and we had the most comfortable stay. The home is so lovely, and it fit all of our needs for such a big group. It's in a great location, was very clean, and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. We would absolutely stay here again, and can't recommend it enough!

We rented this house for our annual extended family getaway and it was perfect. The kids loved the pool table and game console in the basement and the adults loved the deck and fireplace on the cool nights. The kids also enjoyed the lake and beach area that was a short drive away. The only disappointment was the indoor water park as many parts were closed. The owners were super helpful and responsive which made our stay even better!

The dining table is Massive. Seats 16 and we had 16 in our family. It was really nice to eat all together every night. So much room in and out of the house. Got to see deer up and close, they were not afraid of people. We saw 2 bears trying to break into the garbage bins. Then they walked towards ours and didn't even try due to the ammonia we put on the garbage. It really does work! Keeps the animals away. We totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to any large families needing a vacation rental home. The owners would always quickly respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Thank you for a memorable vacation with my family.

We had 16 for a guy's golf weekend. Check-in was easy with a code provided ahead of time The house was the perfect size. The open kitchen and living room were perfect for meals and there was plenty of patio space to enjoy the nice weather outside. There were enough bedrooms and beds for all, except for one who slept on the couch, which he normally does anyway. I would recommend for large families and groups.

Great property with ample amount of space, large dinning table and clean rooms with lot of sleeping beds and arrangement. Very clean porch and BBQ grill. I would surely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Ledgestone Lodge was perfect for our wonderful family vacation. It is so clean, so spacious and so well appointed. We love the very large kitchen table with the bar chairs around it! So great for our meals. And the bedrooms had exactly the types of configurations we needed - no bunk beds and many rooms with two beds in them - great for kids to share! Thank you for everything!

Property is as advertised with lots of room and the host was very responsive to any questions I had. We had a great week and saw many deer and even some turkey and a bear. Highly recommend!

Friends and I recently stayed at Ledgestone Lodge for a long weekend. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond to any question. They even were kind enough to ship us something that was forgotten, free of charge! The house was immaculate and so spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to grill and cook which is not common for a rental. The huge dining table let us all sit around and spend time together. I can’t say enough about how awesome our stay was! 10/10 highly recommend Ledgestone Lodge!

This property is beautiful. The house is perfect for large groups! If there is anything I could suggest to the property owners would be to add to the pot and pan collection other than that the kitchen is fully stocked! We had a wonderful time! We will rent this property again!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious house over-looking wooded lots & nature. Very comfortable beds/mattresses. Huge kitchen/dining areas with plenty of seating for our group of 21. This is our third time renting with this vrbo owner (2nd time @ this house & once @ another one of their houses). Excellent communication with owner with a rare issue & remedied to our satisfaction. Lisa, Emily & Phoebe care about their guests' confort. Highly recommend.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property. The hosts were wonderful with communication and everything about the property listed is exactly how it appears in person. We had a big group of adults, children, and infants, and the house was perfect for our entire group. It was very comfortable for our large group with plenty of extra room. It was very clean, a great location, and had everything we needed for an incredible stay. We will definitely be returning!

Property is very nice. Layout for large groups is excellent, kitchen design is also great. A few minor issues with heating system being inadequate. Largest problem is seating. Bistro chairs in kitchen are very comfortable but one can only sit in them for so many hours. One large section on each floor, definitely not enough seating, not a single chair in the whole house. Chairs are a necessity in bedroom & especially for seniors.

Your home was fabulous and accommodated. My family perfectly everyone had a space. The only comment that was made by my group was maybe supplying an additional roll of toilet paper and each bathroom other than that, we had a great time. a fabulous time, combacfuture.

Beautiful Large Home.

We were going to my Granddaughter’s wedding! We were looking for more than a motel stay! Our family and friends stayed with us. Bedrooms were very spacey. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Game room & hot tub was a plus! Plenty of space for parking! Host got right back to us. I highly recommend staying here!!!

A great job. Absolutely nothing to complain about!

This was the first big family vacation we’d done with everyone. Expectations were high and this house delivered! It comfortably accommodated our group of 22 ranging from toddlers to grandparents. The double fridges and dual dishwashers, large kitchen, fantastic island, and sprawling table were perfect for mealtime gatherings. The open concept of the main living areas gave a spacious feeling even though we were all super close. The large TVs were perfect for movies and gaming, and the multiple sitting areas allowed us to both hang out and spread out. One of our favorite features was the double sided fireplace! That was particularly nice as we had a cold and rainy spell during our visit. The hot tub and other amenities were also a lot of fun! The house was well stocked with high quality dishes, and had a good assortment of pots, pans, etc. With eight separate bedrooms and five bathrooms, the house served our party pretty well. I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals, and this was one of the cleaner and well maintained ones. The location is fantastic. Lots of things within an hour drive to do for tikes, grands, teens, and adults! Biking, hiking, train rides, boat rentals, beaches etc. Plenty of wildlife too. One of the favorites was the local garbage bear that made his rounds almost every morning (so yes, keep that trash box latched tight)! The hosts were great. Good communication, clean instructions, polite and professional. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I came down with Covid so I was unable to join my family during our wonderful Poconos weekend. But my family loved it all! I had rented another home last year but this year my family said this home was much more ideal for our family.

Property was exactly as described- newly constructed - very accommodating! Highly recommend- we had 20+ family members and everyone enjoyed it!
