This peaceful cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.

Located directly on the shores of Lake Saint-Joseph, with its hot tub and private dock, you'll be charmed.

The accommodation:

The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people and is fully equipped: 3 bedrooms (4 queen-size beds), bedding, and towels included.

3 full bathrooms.

Private hot tub open year-round, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, foosball table, giant 55-inch smart TV (can receive: Netflix, YouTube, etc.),

BBQ (gas included).

Washer-dryer, dishwasher (soap included).

Indoor wood-burning fireplace.
Outdoor wood-burning fireplace.
(Firewood not included).

Private dock.

Central air conditioning and heat pump heating.

The cottage is located directly on the waterfront and is equipped for water sports with two kayaks, two paddleboards, a pedal boat, and eight life jackets. (Available from May 15th to October 15th).

You have access to the entire cottage.

This three-story cottage offers a spa, large windows, and an incredible view of the lake.

You will undoubtedly be charmed.

This cottage has three private bedrooms.

On the second floor, there is one bedroom with two queen-size beds, convenient for families, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.

On the garden level, there are two bedrooms: the first with one queen-size bed, and the second with one queen-size bed.

There is a living room and a game room.

There is one full bathroom per floor.

Bedding and towels are provided to accommodate 8 people.

We offer a full kitchen.

Lake Saint-Joseph is a navigable lake (motorboats permitted), and you can rent motorized boats. You can launch your own boat, but make sure you have a permit issued by the city.

A private dock in front of the cottage is available for mooring your boat.

Private beach.

For swimming, there is a beautiful little beach (ideal for children).

We have a large playground on the grounds for children; don't forget to bring your own toys.

Golf: Royal Laurentien: 20 min, Mont Tremblant (Diable, Géant, Maître): 40 min, Sainte-Agathe: 10 min, Morin-Heights: 15 min

Bike path: P’tit train du nord: 10 min

Zip line: Mont Tremblant: 40 min, Morin-Heights: 10 min

Water slides: Mont Saint-Sauveur: 15 min

Outdoor center: Saint-Adolphe d'Howard: 2 minutes: hiking trails, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating.

You'll find restaurants, grocery stores, the SAQ, a pharmacy, and everything you need in the village, which is 2 minutes from the chalet.

WHEN BOOKING (please read carefully):

This cottage is for guests aged 25 and over.

Exceptions: - Families with children

- The person making the reservation must be present on the premises at all times.

For those aged 21 to 25, we require two photos of your driver's license. These will be requested after your booking is complete.

Otherwise, forget about booking our chalet.

- 20 years old and under: this cottage is not for you, sorry.

The cottage is not a reception hall.

Maximum 8 people at any time on the property or inside the cottage.

No pets allowed at any time.
